.200 ml oil
2 kg mutton
1 kg onion
.200 gm curd
.200 gm tomato puree
whole spices
1 tsp coriander seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
2-3 whole red chilli
1 tbsp red chilli powder
2 tbsp coriander powder
1 tbsp cumin powder
2 tbsp desi ghee
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
2 tbsp degi mirch/kashmiri mirch powder
.100 gm ginger garlic paste

I love your channel. I have one question though. I see that after adding Dhaniya powder, Jeera Power and Chili powder you say cook for another 5 minutes. Whereas in my case in 5 minutes the masala just smells raw. I have to cook the masala at least for 30 minutes in order for it to fully cook. why is there such a big difference? is it because you are using a bigger burner than my home stove? How long would you have cooked this if you were using a home style stove rather than your restaurant grade stove?

Masala cook with curd and with tomato By cooking spices with curd, spices do not burn and get cooked well.
