RM profile is totally a sales profile. But idk why banks are offering this profile to CA's. Many of my ca friends have left this profile after joining of 2-3 months.

Bro I got selected in PGDBF course. Confirmation came from bank it’s for Credit And Risk Managerial Position with Manager Band 1 MM1 position. How good is it? Also CTC is also good it’s 10+
which bank is offering 10+ CTC after doing PGDB Course ??

@@dp2169 yes for PO post you’ll get around that but after this you’ll be joining as Manager Grade 1 (MM1) in Credit and risk. I was also skeptical but got a letter of confirmation from the Bank.
Plus during internship only they are compensating 50k which is greater than a full time Private Bank PO
