Your sentence mixing skills are on point. I have thought of a challenge: Make a smexual with the tf2 voiceclips of the other languages, but so that it sounds english, maybe with weird accents. Maybe have one character use a specific language, but I think switching the language every sentence might also sound funny as they all are made really well.
Also: Payton Tate will have a really hard time animating a fourth dimension...

You could animate this by having Scout appear as an overlay (as if greenscreened in) after he breaks the fourth dimension, and when he hits the portraits, their heads just get tilted in unnatural directions and get stuck, or stretch or something.
More advice to whoever wants to animate this beast; make the audio mono when you edit it.
