Is the alternative kitchen layout available for this home? I saw where the Heartland 1 XL had an alternative layout. Just wondering if this Heartland model has the same option. Thanks!
You know what Cheryl you may just want to keep your comments to yourself you know maybe not everybody understands the concept of how a house is built or how manufactured houses are built so you know sit there and think about what comes out of your mouth. Because you know what not every question is a dumb question so don't sit there and criticize other people for asking questions that they may not know the answers to.
Yes, there was an attic pulldown ladder. This video was showing the 2x6 exterior walls which comes included with R-19 exterior wall insulation. Something like this would be in that mid to upper 200k range.

Mid 200's for something like this. This home is serviced by a heat pump located outside and the air handler is under the house. No furnaces. This home is sitting on a crawl space, not a basement.

Only thing I would want additional is if you could add more upper cabinets above the kitchen island and a framless glass door on that shower.
