Was just 2 days ago.
Found an empty hotel beside the taxiway and got some nice closeup videos.
You do have to pay 200 thai baht to access this beach.

If you go to this beach from the south, you have to go through Sirinat National Park which has a fee, at a booth on the main road in the trees.
