  • The XCP Model 5008 is a VendaVolt Cashless Payment Station for converting coin operated washers & dryers to be cashless...or combination cash & cashless. The Model 5008 connects with 2 wires to the coin slide microswitch. Can be installed on the "coin insertion" models also. Total installation time is 4 hours for the 8 washers & dryers. All 8 of the 2 conductor cables are installed "inside" of 1/2 inch gray conduit. The washers and dryers can either accept both coins and credit cards...or the coin mechanism can be removed and a cover plate installed. Final details of installing the electrical conduit was not shown. For more information, contact XCP Corp, [1] 352-678-3021 or email sales@xcpcorp.com (Please forgive the armature video with sideways portions.)

Where did the other end of the blue wire go that you ran?

all 8 of the 2 conductor cable was installed inside plastic conduit from the bottom of the Model 5008 Payment Station to each of the 4 washers and 4 dryers. Very easy to install.

So a user who wants a free wash will only have to reach to the 2 wires on the wall and short them briefly? That is a very insecure system.

You obviously do not understand vending in a laundromat. The wires are inside of a 1/2 inch conduit. The conduit is behind the washers and the dryers on the floor. In my over 50 years in vending washers & dryers...no one has ever brought in a saw to cut through the conduit! So...it is totally secure. Also, note the internal camera on the Nayax Vpos Touch Credit Card Terminal.

@@iva2k I am doing the video for our customer. Last step was to install the 1/2 inch plastic conduits to each washer and dryer.
