The British are much more empathetic & much more civilized than my countrymen here in the US. From what I understand it was the Americans that cut the wires on the bridge at Arnhem to allow the British to advance but they were ordered to just sit there because the war needed to go on for a little longer to give the Germans a chance to set up more international corporations for after the war.They created the EU the Fourth Reich.

Believe it is training exercises. It was called maneuvers in the U.S. at one time . Not sure now what it's called.
What you don't see are the fews undercover agents in civilian attire and modified civilian vehicules that do the recon ahead and close the lines in back warning of incoming treath on the roads..!

Yeah, it would be good to see MoD Police involvement with large convoy movements such as Exercise Steadfast Defender. All though most convoys manage with their escort vans and Land Rovers.
Interestingly, we had Royal Military Police escort a convoy of armoured vehicles recently. Just waiting for some more clips to put that video together. :)

Why are the Oshkosh trucks showing a civilian registration from the DVLA and not a VRM Military registration?
They actually have both civilian and MoD registrations that change based on whether civilians or personnel are driving. In this case, FTX Logistics Ltd were driving. 19 Tank Transporter Squadron drive the other times when on deployment...etc
