I think the pro tour results actually helped drive Nadu down. people are hesitant to buy into it at a higher price when the pro tour results telegraph a likely modern ban. I seem to recall that hogaak never got very expensive at the peak of its powers for similar reasons.
Yeah that’s what I was thinking. People are probably hesitant to pay premium prices for a card they suspect might have a short life span.

Spot on. The pro tour champ even said don't invest in the card, "it will be gone". Over 20% of the pool playing a deck winning 59% is just lame.

Sorin is such an amazing card in the right deck sad seeing it slide down so much I guess it is kind of narrow tho.
I've seen Born Upon a Wind in a Legacy NecroDominance builds as a way to get value out of the big hand turn. That probably helped the early spike until Soul Spike took center stage. Now that wind has no soul, its on the decline.
Nadu was pushed past rare and mythic territory into Oko “we didn’t test the card” territory. The lands coming into play untapped is absurd, making a 3 mana flyer a 3/4 rather than a 3/3 is a troll to red, making the cards “put into your hand” rather than “draw” is a troll to black decks with Sheoldred/Bowmaster and to blue decks with Narset. Additionally “only triggers twice a turn” as LSV puts it, is the “Fakest line of text on a card ever.” Because you get two triggers get 1 land 1 mana dork and then you can Shuko two more times and repeat.
You can’t even ban shuko (which you shouldn’t the card was a non factor for decades) because greaves is waiting on the sideline, Nadu literally restricts future card design by removing 0 mana to equip equipment designs from R&D. Ban the bird, test more Wizards, stop using Arena post set releases to test your power crept slop.
Nadu is dropping in price because everyone is anticipating an emergency ban of the card in Modern.

There is absolutely NO WAY this Sorin would be in a Edgar Markov deck.
With eldrazi and colourless being so hot surprising the coulourless spells from strixhaven not being mentioned more.
I'm sure some of them are being used in Commander but Strixhaven was a heavily printed set. It came out at the peak of the collectable market surge at the start of 2021.
