That BBC report is not correct imo, Angelo got a very good loan for his development, Chelsea wanted Santos to stay but he deciced to go, I agree first 6months were disaster but he got the opportunity in the 2nd half and balled out, for Washington he was not even starting for Santos so how can we expect him to play for Chelsea even though he could have got a few opportunities, ultimately he is not as developed as other two so it's understandable.
I think it is wise especially with us trying to be a more technical team , there will definitely be space for the South American wonerkids , it’s just a matter of when is the right time

Unlike Leipzig, Chelsea are not selling their core players and superstars. Palmer, Gusto, Enzo, Caicedo, Nkunku, and in the future will be Paez and Estevao will be kept for as long as they want.

@pedroribeiro544 You are underestimating Chelsea's assets. Hall and Maatsen alone PURE profited Chelsea 70 mil already. How many teams can say that this summer? When u sell pure profit, u are allowed to double ur spending from what u sold. The team is too talented to be ruined by a manager. The players can carry the manager. You're just looking at the worst case scenario, which won't happen. Chelsea only lost once in their last 15 games, including winning their last 5 games. That means, something clicked there. The young talent has figured out something.
There is another angle on this miz. I think some of these players esp if they are brazilian might relate to us having past successful NT players such as Silva, Luiz, Willian etc. I hear that a lot of s.american players choose barac and real due to past pedigree with their icons. Who knows. I know this is a long shot and by far more players career will get ruined by such a drastic change from playjng environment and levels. Time will tell.

if I’m omari Hutchinson , I’d pick Ajax over Ipswich , Ipswich likely to get relegated, you could use Ajax as a stepping stone just like many others to go to a big team

My video was looking at all perspectives. As a club we have a due diligence to ensure we don’t screw around with kids’ careers. As a player they should be cautious about joining us as there’s plenty of kids here already. Take your Chelsea hat off for a moment and just think like a football fan and not just a Chelsea fan.
