I think what’s most frustrating about this whole patch is it felt like these last five months the devs were making progress, it felt like the right Pokémon were getting buffed and nerfed most of the time, a lot of the broken pokemon were guys who got overtuned after weak releases who were then rolled back pretty quickly. Sure there were still overpowered pokemon, but it felt like the game was moving in the right direction. Now we get yet another stupid broken ex release, buffs to already extremely powerful mons, none of the issues addressed. Really disheartening.
Seems thats how it always goes, how did people not see this coming? Everg multiplayer game has this when they bring somethinh new its always overpowered.
As long as they keep nerfing and buffing to balance the meta then I don't think there is a big problem with a broken release here or there ( It is good for game as in profitwise)
@yashrawat3174 I agree that pokémon can have time in the spotlight, but that's not the issue. The issue is when certain characters remain OP for too long. People get frustrated when the meta is unbalanced and unfun, and stale metas make people leave. Especially when we have a meta centered around Eevees (especially Leafeon/Glaceon/Umbreon), Clefable, Buzzwole, and Mewtwo, all of which are extremely annoying to fight
Nobody was spending money that way bud lack of bp purchases and lack of unite memberships they drop this broken Mon now everyone is spending 20 bucks and buying a monthly membership or bp it’s funny y’all will buy into the bad stuff but when it’s healthy nobody is spending a dollar
i agree, this is like seeing someone who quitted smoking for 3 months, just to start all over again now
Electro drift does what Talons unite should have been doing since the beginning, jumping walls
Literally makes no sense kubfu can head but over a wall but talon a damn birds most powerful attack can’t go over

On a more serious note that would be a decent nerf for electro drift and a GREAT buff for Talon.

Noo electro drift needs a damage nerf lol. I don't even use stacking items and I run around dropping 5600dmg in a full electrodrift combo. Not counting basic attacks and whatever secondary you want.

Came from stream. This is definitely busted...everything about this is unethical. Good news is, unite move actually takes skill to use effectively. But other than that, it's stupidly overpowered.

They should add 5+LV to K.O timer for EX pokemon. Ex Lv12 Mewtwo (5+12=17) add 17 to K.O timer. I got the idea from the card game where EX pokemon reward 2-3 prize cards instead of 1.
Since miraidon is from future could this be a hint towards future balancing 🤔

Electro drift having that range is crack... I'm not even talking on the offense but doing a combo then using it for dmg and plus escaping is insane. the distance u put between you and the opposing Pokémon is crack.

This pokemon is so good, I am scared to play against it
I was actually a little surprised to see this video, because so far I've seen exclusively the Charge Beam + Thunder set... both on my side and the opponent's side, I've yet to see a single Electro-Drift 🤔 Maybe it's actually a case of the Glaceon effect there, because with Electro Drift you gotta be careful not to overextend or get close to anything that can CC you, but with Charge Beam there's no such risk yet still dummy powerful...
Can't wait for koraidon lol. Decided to embrace the op ex releases and just have fun and I'm hoping koraidon is similar to miraidon (less damage though miraidon is nuts)

I do feel like for ranked matches there should be a limit to number of times your allowed to use ex mons and how many you can use on a team if they’re allowing them to be used again…seeing an fully stacked ex team with healers is wild now..and of course we can just join the wave and use them to but it’s starting to take the fun out of it with these new OP releases..
Very strong, but it looks like it's easy to make a mistake using electro drift if not too careful.

Tested my Miraidon on the game with Electro Drift to see how broken it was. It mopped the top lane. Mind you, there was also Miraidon on the enemy team.

They should lower the thicks of damage on hyper voice charge beam i dont know what could they do to the other thinks other than nerf the damage

Now take how busted it seems and add on the damage buff from its passive used more strategically. Nothing like boosting busted damage and maybe some goal healing nerf to boot.

Electro drift should be harder to charge within a smaller window, like zoroark's feint attack.
The Trevenant buffs are really good, hopefully curse sees tournament play. Another busted EX Pokémon, at least it's more interesting than Mewtwo.

I got him and he’s not as broken as people are saying yeah he’s strong but he wasn’t as stupid as the other legendary releases you can actually kill miraidon

@@zaiah2solid let's just hope. Weirdly enough in my 1st ranked match with Miraidon I managed to 1v1 a Mega Mewtwo Y and came out alive only cuz I went for Charge Beam.

Electro drift can still be countered pretty easily. The final attack is not unstoppable and I got cancelled by Buzzwole. Plus it requires skill too. It's not just smashing the button like Mewtwo. The move which is op for me is the other one. I don't even know what it's called. But that's busted. You always stay at range so you are not diving like crazy and do crazy amounts of damage.
Sometimes with electro drift you end up in places you don't want to be. I lost vision of the enemy team and went in with a final drift and ended up between Tree, gengar and Mamoswine. It was the most horrible 2 seconds of my entire time playing Pokemon unite.
Sableye's are just going to constantly run up to Miraidon farming to remove it's passive from Miraidon's AoE
Not remotely worth the time investment unless youre already invading anyway
If the devs release another broken box art legendary- ok, really the question is when they release another broken box art legendary... I think it would be a step in the right direction get to vote for the move-set its going to get from a variety of concept ideas. That way, at least we could somewhat decide the fate of how the meta is ruined... because miridon, a long range mage with speedster mobilty is just not it...

Well can’t wait for another 6 months of this. This build seems very low skill floor but high skill ceiling considering all the different positions you can get with electro drift and how you can basically chain electro drifts with parabolic charges infinitely if you play well. But it might not be as good against defensive cores, you might have to go charge beam there.
Imo this is a really fun release I’d go as far as to say it’s the best we’ve had in a while from a playstyle point of view. But god WHY did they have to make it so broken and unethical to play
that's the sad part, design wise it's moves actually look really fun to play around with(unlike MewTwo who's kinda boring) but it being so powerful just makes it really lame

i don't think miraidon will be as bad as m2, it's not nearly as braindead to play, it takes a bit of thought and careful timing to make sure you get the boosted drift, and if you do mess up your drift you're in a bad spot
Electrodrift is so busted it literally breaks the audio of the video XD
At least the beam miraidon is somewhat punisheable, but electrodrift just feels so unfair to play against

It's very flashy and looks cool, but compared to the two Mewtwo at realease it feels much more acceptable to me. Still pretty OP, but relatively speaking, we had worse I'd say.
That being said, nerfs are surely needed, right. If they nerf it though, I think they should keep the flashy stuff zooming around etc. but just turn down the damage a bit maybe?

Miraidon is a strong pokemon for sure, but as far as I have seen, Zacian and specially mewtwo were a lot worse. Because with it I feel you kinda have to know what you're doing, it's not bulky, so if you expose yourself too much, you're just dead

Miraidon is so broken. Also what's funny is in the 10 or so games I have played the new season, the Miraidon players are always the lowest ELO on the team...haha. Also they all play terribly too.
