I definitely missed you and your videos. Glad your furbaby is feeling better. My pileas are suffering also since weather change. I am not as isolated as you but I try to stay away from people as best I can. I would go bonkers for sure. Glad you're safe and back. And oh yes, cooking videos would be great.
Awww thanks so much for saying that, Ava! I really do appreciate it. I am kinda bummed about the pileas :(. It was doing so well when I first repotted it and now they're all just giving up it seems ...I don't blame them though lol. Thanks for the feedback on the cooking videos! I should have vlogged my first attempt at making caramels. They taste really good, but I made them without a candy thermometer and took it off the stove too soon. they're runnier than I would have liked... next time I hope to get it right! lol
I have a yarn addiction and am also 90 in spirit. If you haven't before, knitting dog sweaters is pretty fun because they're smaller 😂. So glad your pup is okay and wishing him the best, have been through a few health issues with our Chiweenie and was so scary (she's fine now!). I've also had a weird plant issue last month and can't figure out if it's the Seattle winter rolling in or something with the water I used a while back. Crossing my fingers it goes away 🤷🏻♀️😭. So good to see what you've been up to and an update, looks great!
Lol we are kindred spirits! I wish so much that my dog would let me dress him. He would have every color sweater, booties, pants imaginable, but he absolutely despises clothes :'(. He acts all ashamed and freezes every time I try to put one on him. When I first got him, I even got little baby hangers for his clothes (lmaooo... I'm ridiculous, I know). Glad to hear your furbaby has recovered! It's the worst feeling when they're sick. They can't tell us how they're hurting and it literally breaks my heart. I agree with the weather change theory! Prior years, I haven't had this many issues with my plants, but this year they're just wanting to give up on life. All my dieffenbachias are turning yellow even when I am not watering them as often. Better hurry up and pivot my channel content lol... Thanks for the note, always nice to hear from you!

Hi Sheila! Thank you so much. I have cooked every meal for me and Mr. Botanibabies since March. I have avoided getting take out to minimize exposure to places (a bit extreme, I know...) and have really gotten the hang of cooking! I've got a bunch of recipes that are super easy and freezer friendly I'm excited to share in future videos. Thanks again for the note and hope you're doing well :)!!

Thanks so much for the note!! It's comforting to hear others feel the same. I mean the entire year has been horrible, but these last several weeks have been increasingly challenging for me. Might be all the sugar I've been eating lol... Will definitely do an updated tour! I didn't realize I skipped the fall. I've since found 3 spots outside of my living room to keep my arrowhead plants. They are doing great with such little light - amazing! Thanks again for the note and hope you're taking care as well!!

I didn't think I would feel like this with my plants, but since I've been spending every day at home I am noticing how much space they take up. I got to the point where I was browsing homes for sale around my area to see if there is anything a little bit bigger, but home prices in Seattle are ridiculous, so I thought I might as well just declutter and make it feel like a new home lol... Hope you are taking care!

Thank you so much Ruth!! I appreciate you saying that more than you know. LOL about your yarn stash!! I am glad I'm not the only yarn hoarder. I used to frequent Joanns and just go ham on all the yarn on sale. Luckily, I've since developed a liking for higher quality fibers and have decided to not use those made with acrylic (static is out of control in the winter!). But those are sooooo expensive, so I'm not buying any more yarn until I can get through the majority of my stash lol...

It's definitely been a tough year and I've tried to focus on staying physically and mentally healthy, but the last several weeks have been more challenging for me for some reason. I have! But I never got around to picking some up or ordering any online :( lol
@@Botanibabies it's the best, highly recommend it. I've sprinkled a little around the top soil and haven't seen a pest since.
