It will not make a difference, if you want a fat tyre then change the rear rim/wheel and then put 150 section tyre
Couple of disadvantages of fat tyre, it will be radial tyre so load capacity goes down, you will feel more bumps

Bhai the rpm limit is not for getting the riding feel its bcz a new engine needs to settle down and you cannot rev the engine too much till the first oil change. Thats the reason there is rpm limit in certain bikes
