Seattle pricing has been NUTS from where it was too!!! But to be fair, this house is a STEAL compared to what this design would typically run you in Las Vegas. More of a "needle in the haystack" type property.

Gorgeous home! Loved everything about it except the "garage door" next to the front door. Felt a little too industrious compared to the home. The pool looks amazing and the master bath is immaculate. Thank you for showing another great home.

We got mention, the price does not include any of the wall treatment, pool, decor, furniture, additional dynamic lighting, or any of the electric upgrade. This is an at least $2 to $2.5M house. There are so many added feature here, to just fill it up from barebone to a nice looking house would be insanely time consuming and expensive. I actually do not look at home like this, unless i have the money to ask the builder to include everything in one price.

I'm curious as to why this house has been sold 4x in the last 6 years. Nightmare HOA? quick flips?
I actually just checked out the tax records and it appears more to do with "corporate tax" reasons than anything else. If you look into it you'll see it's essentially the same "principles" involved, but under different corporate entities.
For that price the furniture, all the fixtures and live in babe to clean and cook should be included.
