She probably used oil pastels and tacky glue. I just bought the pastels on Amazon for a good price (36 in a pack). Also of note, I counted the number of petals used. 12 petals were used for the inner part of the rose, then an additional 6 were added. The last petals used at 5.5 cm x 6.5 cm totaled 6. 24 petals in all used.
