私の生まれた家の屋根は、素焼きの瓦でした。風速25ｍの台風でよく瓦が飛んでしまいました。 最近の瓦は固定用の穴があるので、風速60ｍの風でも飛ぶことはないようです。
またこのような過酷な職場で女性も活躍していることに感心しましたし頑張ってほしいです。

Les tuiles que j'aime bien c'est les tuiles Borja des années 2000, c'est les rares tuiles qu'ont pouvait nettoyer au Karcher sans inonder les combles ! D'ailleurs si quelqu'un en possède 1000 je suis preneur !

как ни странно, но японская черепица самая лучшая по качеству. Видимо совокупность природных факторов (глина, вода, естественная сушка) и многоуровневый контроль качества на всех этапах производства дают такой потрясающий результат. Тут даже фактор высокой цены не отпугивает, так как гарантия на 50 лет службы крыши стоит любых денег.
Как ни странно, но у шифера тоже срок службы 50 лет, а стоит гораздо дешевле. Правда у него есть пара минусов, под него надо ровную поверхность и сверлить перед укладкой.
@@gjgjd5920 согласно ГОСТ 30340-2012 , СТО 80963304-001-2020 гарантийный срок кровли из данного материала производители указывают 30 лет. Строить жилые дома с крышей из волнистого шифера, это как ездить на телеге в век автомобилей.
@@gjgjd5920 Что касаемо черепицы изготовленной в РФ по еврейским технологиям то у BRAAS гарантия так же всего 30 лет.
@@Benitos_rus это уже современный ГОСТ, по старому было 50 лет. Ну и про черепицу можно сказать тоже самое, а самое главное что она тяжёлая и не каждая крыша её выдержит.
@@Benitos_rus Наши уже давно разучились делать хорошие вещи, даже бетон нормально замесить не могут. Везде и на всём экономят, ну и вообще кто это придумал что щебень надо мыть.... )))

A question from the Netherlands (Hi). Why are these roof tiles not [ainted completely. How are these fitted on the roof? How must I see this? Is the unpainted part at the upper side? So yes, why? Compeletely painted is better? At least that is what roof tiles are in the Netherlands (and the rest of Europe so far I know).
Glaze will fill and block the upper holes and the tiles will stick to the fire bricks they are resting on if all the tile is glazed. When firing pottery bowls etc. they often have unglazed foot, take a look at some of your ceramics and see.
Go to Spain, France and Italy to find completely unglazed tiles. The unglazed section is covered by the overlapping upper tile.
Do not complain about your job. Remember there's a guy in Japan who's job is turning roof tiles upside down 8 hours a day.

I used to work at Monier Roof Tiles in Brisbane years ago. They could make up to 80,000 tiles a on a good day. It was a lot faster than this

I don't know if it applies to these tiles but in Canada we put snow guards on our roofs to stop snow and ice falling and injuring someone these look like they would work in a similar manner. Some traditional Japanese buildings have high multi level roofs so it would be handy particularly in the colder areas.

Notes: I lived in Vancouver, Canada before and when I first arrived, my aunt told me if the weather is freezing cold and/or it has snow falling, I need to let the garden hose/outlet pipe slightly dripping so that the pipes won't be frozen and cracked the pipes. That is back in 1980 and I am not sure people still need to do that with today's technology.

釉薬は鉱物の粉を水で溶いてるだけなので、ドブ付けが基本。そして重力を使って上から均一に塗布するのにひっくり返していると思われ。

저 손잡이는 왜 달려있는건지 알려주실 수 있나요? 지붕위에 올라갔을때 빗물의 흐름을 방해하기도 하고 파손시 지붕의 방수를 깨트리는 요소가 될것같은데 굳이 시간과 공임을 들여 손잡이를 만들어 둔 이유가 궁금하네요.
