Really good video, both the editing and the play! One extra thing which might be nice is if you're in a good position, like in the Prok game, is mention how the enemy could counter it. For example, when you were up on the red line is the only counter to you blindfire spam or a suicide rush? It seems very tricky to counter.

beautiful tip, I've recently started carrying second damage setup in my T-100 LT after watching your videos and last 2 weeks I'm playing 3000 WN8 75% WR, T-100LT is great tank for scouting and damage aswell, also what helped immensely is playing passive in the beginning, killing enemy light first, thanks iyouxin

Hi Iyouxin, Geeza is British slang, it is used most often to refer simply to a man, e.g. "some geezer was here earlier", and less often as a complimentary phrase, e.g. "he is a proper geezer" Dont worry about the American term as they have a difficulty speaking English :)
Americans saying "Geeza" just doesn't sound right at ALL.

Correct, endgame spot is insane and its what the main focus should lie on. Dying for risky stuff at the beginning kinda gives you an automatic -20% gunmark boost

No point putting a rammer on the Manticore, you just run out of ammo 10% quicker, I use vents to improve the all the gun handling, I still use exhaust on every map though, it can even let you hide in the open on some maps.
Sometimes I think taking shots and getting hits without pens as a light tank is enough to distract the other team for your heavies and TDs to take advantage

Way too many bad maps though I gave up lights a while ago, instead I have CVS option on mediums for the 3 or 4 good maps

@@iyouxintwitch in the settings there is an option to disable under development maps. I found that if you turn this off and ban ensk and mountain pass all you get are good LT maps. Only downside with this method is you get proc a bit less. Its how i have 72% winrate in the t92.

I hated playing light tanks for the first 5k battles i played. Then i got elc even 90 and loved it. I now have grinded my way up 25 trees to tier 10 and still dont have one t10 light. I think next tree i go up will be manticore.
I think u should get 13 105 first, it's the best tank to introduce you to a t10 lt play style. manti only works if your know exactly what you are doing
@matheusguerrascheffer6518 i have the bat chat med tank and hate the gun handling. Thats the only reason i didn't wanna do the 13-105. Bat chat is really strong but only in certain situations. When playing a light tank i like to play more sneaky instead of aggressive as to stay alive till the end of the battle.
Nice Video. But ... Often things don't go as smoothly. On the Proko map, you're lucky because the other team's Manticore made a very bad move. You had the information of its movement as well as the other light, but you could very well have had a medium or a TD a little more advanced and which you were not able to see, and on the taking of the bushes in height, you could have made yourself outspot. Same when you come back down. In theory, the first movements made are good, but you are a little lucky that it goes as smoothly as that. The Leopard was not yet detected, the light could have rushed at you by doing a "suicide" loop to try to find you, ... What I mean, as a big Manticore player (especially) is that It's sometimes difficult to anticipate certain stupid enemy movements or to find yourself with a tank in a frankly unexpected place. The same goes for your team, sometimes your allies constantly miss their shots. Combined with bad maps, or games that go way too fast and end in 3-15 or 15-3. I find it terribly difficult to be "rewarded" in the current meta when playing Manticore. I go up to a maximum of 92.5% of the mark of excellence, and I go down to fall back to 85 or 86, and that's all it does, up and down, but impossible to make this 3rd mark. Thank you for your content, it allows you to see other things. Keep it up.

might not have max veiw range, and Iyouxin's camo is probably just enough to stay hidden at that distance.
Seems like there's a tree 🌲 that is giving 25% camo (no vegetation)
I am grinding the tier 7 amx now it is pretty miserable getting out-spotted by tier 8 mediums with CVS. Why do they keep adding stuff like this to the game? With hd upgrades they added way too much cover to the maps and 'fix it' with CVS it's madness.
This was my hardest 3 mark, took over 400 games 😂, its just too RNG dependent, you can get a bad run of map rotations, or be playing against teams that are all so heavily armoured you can't do anything, I was on 94.5% and dropped right down to 89%, just before the Chieftain nerf, as I ended up on the team with no Chieftains, playing against platoons of 3 on the enemy team, 12 game loosing streak, and quit playing for a few days. . First day back, and I get campinovka 3 times, I finished the session with an average of 8k combined and got the 3rd mark, just RNG

I go to that position in oyster bay but every time enemy arty just spam me nonstop and it’s kinda bizarre how you EU players get to play against T6 while playing T8 and T7 while playing T9. In Asia server the lowest tier you can expect to play against is one tier below you except when you play T10.

I still think that the Manticore needs a 500 alpha gun.
The biggest light tank problem is the " quality " of the teammates. Not only that in current map pool only a minority is light terrain , if you got a good one often the team sucks . They die in 3 min or cant even hit propper spots. If you make a good early spot and won't get decent assist you know 4 sure another autlose " team" created by the 💩 MM..

After playing this game for 10 years, I realize WOT is basically a gambling game with many odds against you especially in random and higher tiers. However they also provide you with many things to decrease the number of odds against you to either increase your ratings or performance i.e. gold rounds, random maps, random team mates (especially the shitty bots) and enemies who have high ratings and driving prem meta tanks. Of course getting good at the game with knowledge and skill can minimize all these but how can the average player improve with a free to play account and game punishing them for losing ? I mean you can't really learn new things from dying especially when your teammates melt 2-3mins in.
I would suggest play tower 5 6 7. Games there are much longer so you can take more time to think about decision making
@@iyouxintwitch Yeah I find myself being very comfortable at those tiers as well. In a way I think most of the old meta tanks have been phased out so what I have in the garage i.e. T54 Mod, French M4 105 are just no longer viable and struggle a lot at higher tiers

I think its matter of practice and in my opinion its a bit too serious considering how quirky you and your content are (maybe it could be a bit more light-hearted?). But you have the metrics so you will know the best, its just my subjective opinion. Nevertheless keep going mate, I enjoy all the content and have been around since you could barely speak few words of English and you have achieved a great deal
Understood! We are learning every day so next month our intro could be different. The reason of me saying my name in the intro is that people don't know how to pronounce my name. And it is a huge problem! If someone wants to watch wot video they won't remember how to spell my name. So we started including it's pronunciation at the beginning

The problem here is you show a tier 10 lite with a powerful gun, try doing same in elc in tier 10 game, maybe it works a little with gold but very hard, wot should let us FULLY pick with maps we want to play with each tank
coming from someone who's 3 marked the elc this is a terrible idea, if you pick your own maps you're literally taking the random out of the random queue, just get better and learn how to play on non scouting maps, aim better and position better, hes literally telling you how
@@AzureOtsu I get what you're saying, but when you're in a tier 10 match and you end up with a couple of useless campers, it's hard to last long. That's why I was hoping he would do the same video with a tier 8 light in a tier 10 game and let's see how it works out.

This is such a brain dead idea. So glad ppl like you can't make decisions for the game. Would literally ruin the game. Every map people will only play the best possible tanks for the map. Takes out any element of skill in actually understanding how to use your tank in any situation.
