Hello fellow CZcamsrs, here is my first brass quintet arrangement of a Bach Chorale, for a class assignment in my Instrumentation and Orchestration class at York University. My two main goals for this piece: a) to expose and almost 'exaggerate' different colors with the brass (also to practice different techniques) in direct contrast to the original recording with choir; b) to highlight two main motifs and expand the arrangement, and use one as the basis for several ostinato patterns.
Hallo Kollegen youtubers, hier ist mein erster Blechbläserquintett Anordnung einer Bach-Choral, für eine Klasse Zuordnung in meiner Instrumentation und Orchestration-Klasse an der York University. Meine zwei Hauptziele für dieses Stück: a) zu entlarven und zu fast "übertreiben" verschiedenen Farben mit dem Messing (auch verschiedene Techniken der Praxis) im direkten Gegensatz zu der ursprünglichen Aufnahme mit Chor; b) vor allem zwei Motive zu markieren, und erweitern die Anordnung , und verwenden Sie eine als Basis für mehrere Ostinato-Figuren.
