i was a happy kid when this song came out.. im all grown now, barely making it thru college, hating how i turned out, hating my life, wishing i could come back to the time when i first listened to this. its been awhile since i last played this song, this is the closest i could get to time travel thru that golden time. I just wish things stayed the way it is. I miss my old quirky little self, back when i was still happy and careless. Now im all grown, but i still feel like a child. A part of me was left in that period and wants to go back, back to the time when things were simpler and happier.
I found this song during Covid time back in hs. So 4 years now? Really brings back memories of those times. Where did they go so fast...? We shouldn't feel so sad about the past because it's not so good to get caught up in it too deeply. Gotta try to enjoy what you see now and in the future a bit more, after all we're all just little kids in adult bodies :D

Things didn't trun out so well n the "worst" cases I was worried about happened, yet I find myself grateful for just being here - alive n healthy and I'm still Clinging to some faint hope of leading a peaceful life, some day living alone with a cat or smthg idk. I relate so much with what you said and I hope u do well or are at least content with yourself again and hopeful for the days ahead ❤❤

Listening to this song gives me the thought of waking up to someone i really love. The only person I just want to think about is him. But im not sure if he's gay, and being honest this is my first highschool crush that i cant believe im trying to make an effort into. But he doesn't personally know me, and it wouldnt be safe if i dated a guy, since my mother and brother are very religious, its not that they're homophobic, the religion they're in just condemns same sex marriage. And thats the problem, im scared, wanting to bloom into a relationship my family will probably disapprove. But this song will always remind me of him, the least i can do is just dream of him and me together. My family is bound to find out but...perhaps some things are best left forgotten for now.
