I've been using the Masterson's paper! No wonder I've never really been happy with how my palette worked! Thanks!

I'm about to get started on my 1st mini-painting session, & wanted a refresher on the basics of preparing a wet palette. This was perfect, thanks!

This whole time I thought I was doing something wrong, but the paper included with the wet palette is absolutely atrocious. Heading to the store to buy the correct parchment paper, thanks for this!

I agree. Their own brand paper is too thick.

Thanks. Just tried to use mine and the paint was handling like it was dry. I hadn’t soaked the parchment 😓

What’s the difference in the paper that’s recommended for the stay wet pallet? How long does it last without smelling if you leave it a few days?

Parchment paper is thinner, cheaper and works better with acrylic miniatures paints. The smelling thing is up to you, the climate where you live, etc. You can put a penny or piece of copper wire under the sponge to help prevent mildew if you're worried about it.
