THE ROYAL HOTEL SCARBOROUGH DECEMBER 2022

We booked our room for the 3rd of December 2022 ,when we got to the hotel the staircase was all decorated with 2 large Christmas trees and decorations ,Christmas music was playing in the background,
Then we got to our room and it all went downhill from there ,good point the room was warm and had a spare radiator should we of needed it .
bad points the Hotel itself is very tiered in desperate need of serious investment .
our room had wallpaper peeling off the walls were there had been a long term leek ,mattress protector was dirty ,poo stains in the loo ,limescale in the shower head and on all taps .
I wouldn't stay there again nor would I recommend it .
