Agreed. Sure, my Redskins are trash, but at least our fans are aware of it. We KNOW we're gonna suck. But Cowboys fans are absolutely INSUFFERABLE! They talk about how the Cowboys are gonna win the Super Bowl each year when you win in the regular season. They talk s**t CONSTANTLY. But when they lose in the playoffs? They are absolutely nowhere to be found. They don't look themselves in the mirror for being cocky, arrogant jerks. They say "we're winning the Super Bowl next year". I live in the DC area, and as a Redskins fan, I get that crap EVERY SINGLE SEASON. Sure, I'm biased, and I hate the Cowboys because I'm a Redskins fan, but this is the reason why the Dallas Cowboys are the team that a majority of the NFL fanbase loves to hate. So if I were to give advice to Cowboys fans, it would be this: Until you've gone to the Super Bowl or won a Super Bowl, SHUT UP.
There are a lot of Cowboys fans in the DC area, and those guys are the worst of the worst.
I come from a town where our sports teams are notorious for playoff failures. The Nationals can't get out of the NLDS, the Capitals can't get past the second round (which is the most pathetic), and the Wizards couldn't win a road game against the Celtics in their second round series. So I've learned my lesson not to run my mouth about how my team's gonna win the whole thing, because previous failures tell me that there's a good chance we're not. The Cowboys fanbase should know this. But they continue to act all insufferable and arrogant. They have nothing to be arrogant about. They may have won the division a couple times, but as Linkin Park would say, "In the end, it doesn't even matter".

Maybe the ones that speak the loudest are the ones that always seem annoying to you. Not to say that not many people do many things which are insufferable. But to claim that ALL cowboy fans are like that is just rude. I love the cowboys and I'll support them no matter what, even in saying that we'll win the Super Bowl this year for sure.
