Stop being extra and look up the definition of admire- to respect or warm approval. Reread the scripture Paul says to follow him as he follows Christ. No one is putting him place of God. If you don’t admire something in life you are not human. You can admire a skill someone has or strive to achieve it.

Exactly! Sadly, a major lack of and intentional non-development of character is overshadowed by intellectualism and flash. However, the true remnants are rising up and another revival is happening!

How can you be a digital disciple? What if you need correction? Who do you personally know that could speak in your life? This isn’t how Jesus taught discipleship. We can’t follow somebody online we know nothing about but what we see online.

it's called Honor and there is nothing wrong with Honoring and admiring a man God has placed His Spirit upon.. Paul gave Honor (1 Thessalonians 5:12-13)... Dear brothers and sisters, honor those who are your leaders in the Lord’s work. They work hard among you and give you spiritual guidance. 13 Show them great respect and wholehearted love because of their work. And live peacefully with each other.
Jesus Gave Honor (John 1:47)..“Render therefore to all their dues: tribute to whom tribute is due; custom to whom custom; fear to whom fear; honour to whom honour.” - Romans 13:7

He made you happy.” 18 Even with these words it was hard for Paul and Barnabas to keep the people from burning cattle in an act of worship to them.

Same with me. When I first heard of him I was skeptical but even looking into his Instagram it’s evident this man truly loves the Lord and is an awesome pastor to his flock.

I found 2819 a couple months ago it was God because I wasn’t looking for anything particular. God don’t make mistakes I found him because it’s Gods plan for my life. God stopped the sex in my life in 2017, stoped the drinking and weed smoking in 2020 I am following Jesus haven’t dated anyone since 2017, it’s the best decision ever, I’m now living in obedience. Philip Mitchell keeps me grounded.
I love your testimony! That is exactly how God works. He uses us here in this world and that is why our lives laid down are so important to him. That is what it means in the Bible when it says that we are his Temple and we are his body. We are meant to allow God to live through Us by submitting ourselves and our will to him laying our bodies down as a living sacrifice, which is our spiritual worship. You know the deal because God is moving in your life. That only happens when we submit ourselves to god. He will use you just like he uses this man and God also used him in my life as well. I just found 2819 about a month ago. I heard his testimony last week too when he was being interviewed by someone. All the spirits show who they are by their fruit.
I have been drawn to his submission to God because I too am only living that kind of life with Christ. Let's keep Pastor Phillip in prayers.

I too live in the Carolinas and attend regularly my home services in Charlotte. Pastor Mitchell is an opening into Yah’s Kingdom for many who may feel uncertain of being a sinner and loved by God’s Grace through Jesus Christ. His delivery of the Gospel is as gritty and real as Paul speaking throughout the New Testament. Many church goers who proclaim being a follower of Christ could stand to hear exactly how we as Christians should be living and sacrificing and separating ourselves from the world. To physically be in attendance and not only hear the word but feel the word. When Pastor Philip Anthony Mitchell teaches, it is nothing but the glory of the Lord. To be in the space and feel the word convict you about your life in a way that transforms and makes us all the better in the glory of the Lord, which is what the Father always intended for us to be. So I say this to say that, Pastor Philip Anthony Mitchell is a true teacher of the Lord’s word.

What God has done in his life from where he has come from is so powerful. There is a big difference between someone who is led by the holy spirit and someone who is led by fame and ego.

God gets all the credit but I also show appreciation our Pastor is real no matter where he go.. he could have been doing anything else and he could have been living like many Pastors out here but I thank God for his obedience to God and love for the body of Christ and it's okay to be thankful for that. At 8:50, AMEN! That is the thing, you can definitely sense the boldness authority of God in someone who has Jesus living in them. You can hear the passion for Jesus and his ways when he speaks! It also lines up with the word! It's the same exact thing that the disciples went through. Paul was in prison for preaching the gospel! Him and someone else were arrested for it and they were told that if they preach anymore they're going to be killed. They straight up kept it real even if it wasn't wise for their lives, and he said no matter what we will not be quiet! In so many words anyway.

Yeah no he isn’t, Jesus claimed John the Baptist was the greatest born of women Matthew 11:11 this man is far from it now does he speak some true things yes he does but he’s not any where near John the Baptist don’t hold this man that high lol plus he cusses in his sermons and breaks Ephesians 4:29 a lot
I visited this congregation one time and I thought is was great. My niece and her husband are members of this congregation. I approved of them being apart of this congregation....meaning....not every Pastor teaches scripture. Some preach what the world wants to hear and that is not biblical.
I still tune in to him every now and then.
You should also check out Pastor William McDowell of Deeper Fellowship Church, Orlando, FL. Most only know him for his worship music, but he's a great teacher of the Word.
Pastor McDowell helped me stay focused on Christ and holiness since I was a teenager lol I love that guy.

There are plenty of Pastors out there doing this. One of the things that bother me is that we'll see a few Pastors out there that are social media popular and make them the majority by saying this is how all pastors with quite a bit of followers are and that's not true. One of the things I hear from the pastors I have come across is that they teach what the scriptures mean with examples so that you will understand what they mean instead of just shouting out what the scriptures say and leaving the church not understanding what the Scriptures mean. All I learned was how to shout out what the bible said, but not know what those scriptures mean. I came across one of his videos and his team told him he needed to do a Q&A bc some people didn't completely understand some of the stuff he was saying in a sermon series, but they were in there shouting though. CZcamsrs find one pastor teaching with humility and passion for the Gospel and if that person sounds like they will get all up in your face, then CZcamsrs will make it sound like they are rare. They are not rare. Too many CZcamsrs only focus on the ones that have a lot of clips on social media and views on CZcams. Now don't get me wrong I like this preacher but I don't like it when y'all CZcamsrs are extra with the most preachers are not talking like this statements. Not all preachers are going to preach the Gospel the same way in the same manner. God will use them and their personality differently. They all won't be as transparent in the one clip you watch or go as hard as that particular preacher. In the same way, all the Apostle's delivery of God's Word wasn't the same as each other or the same as Jesus. Paul definitely preached differently than John. We really need to start keeping that in mind when we're out here giving commentary on these preachers that don't meet your taste. We don't have to throw shade at other preachers just to elevate what another preacher is doing.
I don't think people are throwing shade. You're right, the Apostles didn't sound the same, nor do all preachers sound the same or preach the same. But their message should be the same: their message as well as their delivery should point to Jesus Christ. That is what i think people are calling rare. It's rare in America to hear this kind of preaching, because most of the so-called famous, popular pastors preach health/wealth/self-help/prosperity instead of preaching Jesus Christ. It's more of what God can do for you, not what you can do for the glory of God. That's why i think people gravitate to this kind of preaching b/c it's not about the man, but about God. Most of the preaching today will leave you inspired (b/c it's man-centered, and what you can get from God) but will not transform you.
SPEAK!!!!!! I see this happening ALOT as well!!! A lot of them are deeming their preference as the sole way to present the gospel! I like Phillip Mitchell but his messaging is for the mature believer - in my opinion! Everybody doesn’t begin their walk with the lord there!

Heresy Hunting has become popular and a lot of CZcamsrs are guilty of the very things they are attempting to call out!
A lot of people can’t even see Jesus properly because they are jaded by their life’s experiences - so preaching how to work through that practically using a biblical framework isn’t wrong! People want to clean fish, before catching them and that too is problematic! Let’s acknowledge that sanctification is a process for us all!
I am one of 2819 digital disciples, I currently live in Michigan now, and I have been very particular about what kind of leadership I allow myself to be under in about a year or so I first heard of 2819 and it blessed my life abundantly.
I have never heard preaching like this, I can be honest and say that I have been affiliated with are the denominations trying to search for truth, and after hearing Philip Anthony Mitchell I have been blown away. Throughout the years I've gotten some family members following, and I plan on reaching out to more.

2819 Church has been blessed to be lead by such an anointed Pastor. His congregation has grown over 2000 in just one and a half years. It has been an absolute blessing to be a digital discipline of this church. Pastor Phillip's sermons are always so powerful.

There is an amazing working of the Spirit of God here no doubt!! I hear some Christians meaning well by saying not to acknowledge the man but only the God in the man. This is not scriptural though meaning well. Rev. 12:11 tells us that we overcome by the Blood of the Lamb, YES, but also by the word of our testimony!! This man has a testimony to be shared and we need to recognize the man too! Not the sinful arrogant world man but the GOD man!! The devil is a liar and we need to live the whole scriptures and we all have a choice in whom or WHOM we will serve on a daily basis, and we need to recognize each others strength given to GOD over this world!!! Glory to GOD in the HIGHEST!! Godspeeed!

This pastor is blessed with the Holy Spirit he blows it out the water every time. The closest pastor would be like him would be Alexander Pagani. Pastor Mitchell is one of the best. Voddie would be the next best. It's the one who shows God glory at best. And who brings the biblical truth all to understanding and Repentance
