First time I’ve seen a masi popo tutorial so THANK YOU! Mine and mums favourite to eat with lots of butter 🤤can’t wait to make it. Missing all the island food in Aussie even the cheap Chinese so looking up and learning all the recipes to make ourselves. Hopefully the masi turns out for us 🤞🏽 and we used to put whatever we had in our otai usually watermelon, banana, crushed pineapple and tinned fruit if we had some in the cupboard. All the milks, ice and mums one of those ones who added sugar. Never had ice cream added though so next time we constipated we’ll have to make it 🤣
I’m reading and thinking Ooo yum that Otai with so many fruits in it sounds delicious. Lovely memory with your mum as well.

That looks nice your vai melengi will try that recipe. We use thicken cream in my otai meleni recipe
