I think Content Creation talaga ung passion ni CK, kasi nga based sa pagkadescribe ni MIkee about sa willing tlaga si CK mag effort dati kahit na walang bayad, which i think is a big sign na passion nya talaga un..And based din dun sa tanong ni mikee na pinapili siya between Content Creation and Regular job (with the same pay), is pinili ni CK ung Content Creation. It just happens lang na CK is still young so hindi nya pa maconvince ung sarili nya na "this is my passion na",, kasi ang dami nya pang gustong i-try,, which is understandable naman
I love how Mikee made CK feel and understand things like she is good in what she's doing. Grabe and support sa isa't-isa! So so so insping! Kudos 💯
I think CK is confused because she's not experiencing the highs that people with passion experience. Iba-iba lang talaga ang intensity siguro ng passion. Meron intense, meron mild lang. If she's looking for that intense fire, she may or may not find it coz not all people get to experience it, especially if you have a more reserved personality and you can do so many things. Some people just find happiness and satisfaction in being able to do different jobs at different times.
This episode made me also realized that I might be fearing also to pursue what I like because I might not succeed or etc. Thanks Mikee and CK

You can be passionate with a lot of things but you have to experience being in these things you are passionate about before you identify which one is the most fulfilling to you. After identifying which one is the most fulfilling, prioritization comes in. Which one do you prioritize, the thing you're most passionate about or the thing that's putting food on your table? At the end of the day, not all people have the same privileges or situations. Some can prioritize that thing they are passionate about full time and disregard having to worry about earning money because of privilege, some cannot and will have to prioritize doing something that's putting food on their table because they do not have the privilege, and some will have all the means necessary to pursue their passion but they're too scared of what will happen when they're at it (parents against it thinking that there's no future with it, too scared of the consequences, half hearted on pursuing it because of the time you might waste).
This does not mean you cannot pursue your passion while providing for yourself and your family. Your progress may be slower than others but what matters is you are progressing towards it (your passion or goal).

I totally and respectfully disagree with my Idol Mikee. You can succeed in several passion paths. In College, I spent 2 years studying Engineering as instructed by my parents as seeing it will bring a more stable life in the future but I decided to change course to Marketing (all my grades in Engineering for 2 years was excellent). Dealing with people is my calling. At a very young age, I sell whatever I can from streetfoods, clothes, accessories, soap, detergent etc. Now at 29, I'm more than happy and content with my current career and other side hustles. I have 2 full-time SALES Manager jobs and owning 2 online businesses particularly related to my interest in sneakers and building rig computers.
All I want to say and I want to share this learning from my mentor, you just need to learn how to DELEGATE and hire/ask help from someone you trust to do the things that you routinely does. I'm lucky enough to have my wife who has the same passion with me in Sales/Selling that she now runs the 2 online businesses and earning well vs her previous office job. Now we both enjoys what we do and we manage our time without comprising anything. We regularly go out with our 2 kids, every friends invitation outside we were there present, all family gathering we dont missed it.
So what I'm saying is that if we want it, we can do it and its not impossible. A very good learning from Sir Carlo Ople and I quote "you build you professional career 8am-5pm and build your very own empire after at 7pm to 1am". The reason is that you build your network from our day jobs and this network is basically our NETWORTH in the future. 🙏
