Its a 68. 67 has no side marker lights and in 69 they changed the grill and hood a bunch. Also 67 and 68 have a slightly older looking interior. Hope that helps!
Yeah those inline 6s like to leak oil. I've got s 230 I'm rebuilding for my c10 its filthy. My friend has a biscayne with a 230. Also filthy. I've never seen a clean Chev inline 6.
You don’t even know what yr it is and your fixing it ,it’s not a Cummins engine ,it’s a 250 or a 292chevy inline 6 , u better hit the books and learn about engines.
U can see the plug wires.....I think they said Cummins on purpose to see the response u give them...if they did think it was a diesel,they have no way in hell of getting that engine to run again....well see what happens.
We were completely joking about it be a Cummins because we have many Truck is Cummins engines And this is the first inline 6 gasoline engine we have ever messed with.

Nice to see the young guys doing something on the older stuff. You should power wash before using degreaser. Gets 90% of the stuff out of the way.

Probably either a 230 or 250 Chev. Six. Had one in my first car, 1974 Chev. No-Go Nova. Might be a 292, but I doubt it.
Any idiot can pull things apart, the clever bit is putting it back together.
Watch part 2 and you will see we put it back together 3 months later and it runs!

its like mine its a chevy 250 inline six with a 8:1 comperrion ration and 120-140 hp and 140-180 Ibs of torque
