I was thinking about the likes of American History X and it's references towards the similarities of them groups but also to the term as mentioned above is used as a slang amongst them groups apparently.
+DJWildy that term has been a part of the skinhead culture ever since the beginnings in 1960's. the nazi leeches came later and began using it as well
