When people criticize a shelter, such as this one, they don’t understand what an open shelter means. In her opening line as she said, they don’t have a choice to pick the cute little animals that everybody will adopt like a rescue does.. The people that work in shelters like this one are some of the strongest and most compassionate people on earth. And from those of us that understand, thank you so much for what you do every day. The animals know you care about them. 💜
