Hi what size was your hose for bleeding the clutch after please ? Useful video for qashqai owners who have this problem , thanks .
From top of my head it was 8mm outer diameter and 5 mm inner diameter clear pvc tube.. u can buy it on Amazon . 👍 Thanks for watching 👍
@@jersovauto thank you .
I cant seem to get bleed valve open. Any ideas
Make sure ur beak fluid reservoir is topped up 🔝 plus you can try to take syringe 💉 disconnect pipe which goes from brake fluid reservoir to master cylinder and inject some brake fluid to master cylinder… just fill it up and it will give u initial kick…connect everything back together and pump clutch pedal by hand…just make sure ur brake fluid reservoir is topped up to the max…
Let me know if it worked… worked for me anyway! I’ve straggled with this bleeder nipple as well a bit…
Isn’t it possible to just buy the plastic that breaks off , I think it’s called a clutch master cylinder buckle/clip , it’s a white plastic thing right ?
I’d say everything is possible if u can get spare parts… Complete master cylinder price starts from around €50 if you shop around…So it was no point trying to rebuild it considering it was in service for nearly 15 years 🤷♂️
But would be interesting to see someone would actually rebuild it 👍
Do you need two people to bleed the clutch
No. You can do it on your own no problem!
