    Smart idea to sleep in the lower part of the camper when it’s colder! 🖖

    Super cool set up! One of the best simple set ups I’ve seen. Nice work!

    Been loving your videos as I'm thinking of buying or building a similar topper.

    FYI propane is heaver than air so you need to put the detector below the tank.

    Nice 👍, I got a ‘20 Tacoma long bed, I’m on the fence with Project M or AT overland atlas, for now Softoper does the job.

      Can’t go wrong. Both are good. I went with 4W it checks off many boxes 4 me.

    Where did you get the rear window and cab window insulation cover from? They’re nice!

    very Practical!!

    How do you attach your storage boxes and other larger items, over or under, to your seat rail or wall? Also, can you use a standard queen or full size bed in place or their option? For just my wife and I, we need just a full size, but I want a mattress option that does not require us to slide out if possible, yet fill the space laterally, but not to high vertically to interfere with the top closure…
    Thank you for your videos! Informative!

      Everything on the wall is attached with L Track.

    Thanks for the video! You can sleep side to side at 5x10? I been trying to find inside dimensions and having trouble finding it.

  • @conanfa18
    @conanfa18 Před 2 lety

    What bed mattress do you recommend? You said DON’T buy the PJ M bed. Sorry for all the questions…Thanks in advance!

    Also, how are you strapping things down? Are there mounts or rails in the Project M? Ratchet type straps? I think it was one of your videos that showed outside mount shower with enclosure? Yes?

    What is the bug zapper your using?

  • @conanfa18
    @conanfa18 Před 2 lety

    Do you power everything from your truck engine to a battery box of some sort? I see the cooler fridge, and I think a water heater…yes? What sort of water storage are you using?

    • @kong4x469
      @kong4x469  Před 2 lety

      Goal zero yetti 1500x with yetti link. Charge from Alternator. 2 5gal cans. Joolco hot tap for showers.

  • @timgoodsell4053
    @timgoodsell4053 Před 2 lety

    That Yeti 1500 is a lot of power. Do you have a solar hookup for it? I keep hearing that the Mr Buddy is a high humidity heating alternative. Has that been your experience?

    • @kong4x469
      @kong4x469  Před 2 lety +1

      No solar. I use the yetti link. Charge. 400-600w when driving . I crack the roof vent at night. No humidity problems.

  • @conanfa18
    @conanfa18 Před 2 lety

    Can you just buy a standard queen mattress and leave it in place? Will the camper close?

  • @jonathanrunciman5676

    Are you able to lock and unlock topper door from inside the cabin?

    • @kong4x469
      @kong4x469  Před 2 lety +1

    How difficult is it for you (5 feet 10 inches) to sleep at night in.lower bunk that is 6 feet or less?

    • @kong4x469
      @kong4x469  Před 2 lety

      Not a problem sleeping at the bottom. Less than 6’ across
