You have to eat a paella in its original birthplace , in Valencia. That paella in your video doesnt look very dry , its too wet. Have a good time here in Spain.

At what minute of the video did you find criticism? Even if the random tourist isn't satisfied with the destination, that's his right, he'll leave anyway, but he'll spend his money in hotels, restaurants and museums that support the economy. And you, as a local, are the one benefiting.
