SIA badges are handed out like sweets. Anyone can get one, easy job. I live near Heathrow and there must be 10 or so of these hotels. The 'Security' sit around doing nothing all day and get paid.
We visited this Hotel a few years ago on Holiday, we had a good time, sad to see this.
Remember if/when it finally goes back to 'Normal' hit them where it hurts and don't stay there again!

I used to work there many years ago it was a shearings hotel before they went bankrupt and now bespoke hotels run it and let it out to the home office that one hotel employees 55 people . Loved that hotel just think there's 500 been used just think how many staff are unemployed

I'm shocked and saddened to see this at the Esplanade, was a fine British Holiday Hotel with good entertainment, very sad.
