I feel like the Germans who fought for the US were underrepresented the entire reason why castle utter is famous is because Germans and Americans fought with each other

The introduction was very inaccurate because the germans were looking for Americans to surrender to since it was one of the last few battles in the western front,then told the Americans about Castle Itter and the Waffen SS so the french,american and germans fought the waffen ss

Actually no, the Germans that surrendered in the video were helping them defend the castle. Also there were clips of Germans defending the castle. Sorry if you got confused
