just installed a pc5 and my question is when you turn the key and flip the cut off switch should it flash red and green then turn off. When I start the bike it says green
Good basic vid. I learned the hard way about quick throttle adjustments and autotune. Just as you stated. Kept getting richer and richer on my part throttle blocks, so going through trails it was loading up horribly. My question is a bit more advanced. Would you suggest pulling any timing with boost? I'm only running 5-6 lbs on an Apex. I'd rather not blow it up, but 5 psi isn't much. I'm just not sure how advanced stock timing is.

BikemanPerformance did that and it still wasn't running like stock. i just took the PCV off and problem solved. i'll try it again when my Yoshi comes in.
Great video. i do have an issue, if you can help me.. i tried to send a map to my bike (zx7-with Leo Vince full exhaust) but it says Error sending the map.. it seems it can only recieve *.map (i have a pc III) but the map files in dynojet are *.djm ... what can i do? where can i find the *.mpa files? thanks!, again Great video, thumbs up.
Dude ..... You keep lighting up rows and columns yet you don't bother to tell us, show us where you are clicking to do that?? Nice for you that you know where to click and how, but we don't.

I just got one too. Questiong though. How did running a default map work for you? Did you have any trouble with that? Did you actually dyno tune it?

Will a auto tune unit be just as good as getting a dyno tune..without the auto tune unit

Why would you adjust the low mid and high rpms? Im using fc and when i initially start the bike the rpms are very low is this normal? Thx.

Highlight all the cells and change the values to zero. This means that the PCV is not adding nor removing fuel from the stock mapping.
