Great save man!!! I drive street stocks and they are hard to save when you spin!!! I can only imagine what it is like there... Great job!!! Looked fun lol
Part of those drive programs are they have set points on the track where you are instructed to get out of the throttle. Been there, done that 180 MPH baby
What package dis you buy, may I ask? 🤔 Like the 1 of full or more expensive packages or like a 5 or so and so lap driving experience? I live in daytona. We went 2 2023 Daytona 500 was absolutely amazing. I used 2 race dirt bikes sponsored and all growing up, from the south though, Western NC. So i want to get my husband a package but ima drive 2. Super excited. Thanks 4 the video! U got skills. Not something Every1 can be good/ a natural at 4 sure! Ppl don't realize the instinct it takes. Just has 2 be in ur DNA 😆
Was this your first run in one of RWRE cars? It sounded like maybe you were opened up much more on the rev-limiter than most I've listened to. If this was NOT your first time in one of their cars, how much time or how many laps did you have to run to get that much motor opened up? It's obvious you have either raced before, run someone's racing experience before, or you just have a great feel for the car! Your throttle control and speed were very nice! And did you spin clean? Nice job! Thanks!
I doubt that was a blown tire. You were way under speed and why would the left front blow? I think it's because you were off the throttle and input a little more steering left, and had tension on the whole drivetrain, which broke the back end loose. That's just my opinion based on how the car handled during the spin.
I did a "Drive Tech" school at PIR... gained a new respect for the roundy round cars... I was sore the next day... takes a lot of physical stamina to hammer these cars lap after lap.. I now know I could not do more than 100 miles without some "get in shape" time... This is something any car guy should go do... you will never forget it.. screw the guys giving you a bad time.. it can be really intimidating...
Thanks for posting-- watched it real careful cause I am going up there next month! I read in a Yelp review that at NHMS we are supposed to brake going into curves (1.06 mile track), but maybe just getting off throttle works...don't known, but will know more in a month! Thank you again man, very nice to see what happens if things go wrong!
If you really want to go fast and get the experience?? Let them drive. I don't care what the advertisement say... They're going to limit you to about 120 tops.
He spun because he gassed it right before entering the turn, going slightly to the right then turning left and lifting at the same time caused a abrupt weight transfer and he spun. He did NOT blow a tire! When a tire blows it’s very loud, and you would clearly hear it on the video.
Hmm, You sound convincing and I want to believe you, but to me it does look and sound like he hit the wall. And the title of the video says "crash" so maybe that swayed me.
I am a major nascar fan, and I've seen many crashes from 1st person and hood view. This "crash" doesn't look like a crash to me, more or less just a spinout.
DaToyGamer I agree 100%. + I didn't hear any blow-out either. I think this was just a spin-out and the uploader didn't want to be embarrassed. Good job on staying off the wall though.
I got to ride at Charlotte and drive at Kentucky. Forget the naysayers and all the negativity in the comments please. That was an awesome video! So how many times have you told that story to your friends? This is in memory of my big brother Tim. He was a photographer for NASCAR Illustrated for 10 years. RIP big bro!
+Jeff Flack I've done both the stock cars and Indycars at Vegas and by far the IndyCars are WAY more exciting; I got up to about 170MPH on the back stretch and passed other cars on turns 3 & 4. The open wheel cars are much smaller, way less weight, butt is practically scraping the ground, and the big V-8 is right behind your seat and head! You're going to love it man! I'd recommend doing at least 20 laps (3 sessions) to get comfortable with the car and get the full experience.
Yup, just imagine gravity and friction at work with velocity and you can imagine what happens when you gun it at an odd angle. Similar to motocross. You take a 450f around a berm with as little throttle as possible otherwise you're eating dirt.
I see some people saying that there's no way you blew a tire and that you just oversteered the car. I don't think that's the case, but even if it was, that is still one hell of a save man haha
More like the Steven Wallace experience
Ouch!
Nah, this dude actually kept the car UNDAMAGED.
He kept it off the wall, I call that a win
Maybe my grandma experience
😂 😂 good one
Who knew there would be so many former Cup drivers commenting on CZcams and willing to give free advice?
I needed that. :D
Hahahahaha!!!
honestly i was expecting worse you handled that awesome. props man
Great save man!!! I drive street stocks and they are hard to save when you spin!!! I can only imagine what it is like there... Great job!!! Looked fun lol
save ? he lost it
@@wolfe1970 He doesn't mean save as in "getting control back and keep going." He meant saving it from hitting the wall.
Video starts at 9:17 , thank me later
Thank you.lol
Thanks, even two years later
I skipped to the end and still did not see a crash
Tanks
Yea, delete the first 9 mins 19 seconds
Part of me died inside every time you rolled out of the throttle WAY before you got to the turns. I'm amazed you were passing anyone.
Part of those drive programs are they have set points on the track where you are instructed to get out of the throttle.
Been there, done that 180 MPH baby
@@daboo7725180 mph, hahahahahahaha, they aren't even doing 140, proven, by numerous groups suing these lying ass companies. 180, lol, you're funny
They tell you when to brake and get out of the gas and you have to follow their rules bud.
@@daboo7725 180 my ass,
One hell of a job keeping it outta the wall there bud! awesome stuff!
thats what I was thinking, I wouldnt call that a crash, rather a tire failure with a good job locking her down.
@@frankword9889 not tire failure. He lifted going into the turn and gave it too much Gas and too soon into the turn.
I see no crash but find what really happened to be even better. In honesty, that was an incredible save from someone’s first time on the track.
Hell of a fucking save for a guy thats probably never drove a stock car before

I did't hit the wall. I had a blow our on front drivers side then back drivers side went on spin. It was awesome.
Thanks for commenting. I think it's hard to tell - I was wrong!
You cant drive worth a shit!
i can see it was a blowout. you werent even on the throttle. awesome vid man. looked like you had a blast.
Hillbillykid II says the kid on the internet not doing anything with his life
Very nice save!
Mike Joy: "Missed it by THAT much!" lol looks like fun and nice save from keeping it off the wall :)

That was Rusty Wallace driving experience SPIN.
Nonetheless, nicely done keeping it off the wall.
How you kept it off that wall in that spin is amazing. Great save driver.
Nice save!!! What track is this?
Very nice save. You seemed to know what to do when it all happened.
Damn. Looks like all the experts commenting have about as much experience with a stock car as I do. Regular Dale Earnhardts aren't they? LOL
Well, it doesnt take much to drice these cars if they are letting average joes pay some cash and letting them go out on the track.
Lol

Customer " Those tires look old "
Wallace. " Naw they only have 1000 laps on them. You're good "

Nice save, man.
Did an incredible job keeping it off of the wall after spinning, especially in the corner.
That's a nice job keeping it out of the wall
I swear I hear a nice calm night with crickets chirping in the background, that and a loud ass engine, all sounds great!
That's really cool! Nice driving
Good job Bobby.....keeping it off the wall. I know the owner(s) liked that.
Fed that extra tap of gas going into the turn at 9:18 and corrected a second too late... great save.
You kept it away from the wall! Good job!
To me, it seems like he hit the wall.
believe me. You'd know if he hit the wall.

Me on nr2003 at Auto Club on turn 1. EVERY TIME.
Check out that 5 " hose clamp wrapped a round a 2" hose. You can tell these cars are just thrown together with whatever is laying around.

Did you spin because you let up too much?
Damn good driving hoss. Kept it off the wall I'm sure they appreciated that lol
Way to keep it off the wall, how fast were you going on the straight a ways? it look fun.
why did did you seem to be coming to the pits a few times to only stay out?
Nice save. You almost hit the wall twice
CC should have known those tires wouldn't last that many laps
Awesome job keeping off wall. Im going to Vegas in Feb. Hopefully I will do the INDYCAR experience. I guess it can get up to 180 :)

I ended up doing the 2 seater - was amazing! Thanks for sharing.
Awesome job! Didn’t go into the wall and did everything right. I hope the instructors gave you some good praise after this haha
Good job keeping that out of the wall, looks wild
Put down the window net to signify you're ok.
WOW, that must have been a scary feeling. I'll be doing this at M.I.S. in Sept... I'm really looking forward to it.
Nice job controlling your spin. You did everything perfectly. Not sure if you pissed your pants, but I sure would have.
Ditto
9:10
How do you spin out going 15mph? Lmaoo
Did some slip out in the clinch?
.. just one of them racing deals...
This man saved better then a Rick Ware racing car
The Steven Wallace experience
Man that would be annoying dude not even getting the rpms up
Is that as fast as they go? Could you keep it wide open all the way around the track?
Look at all the pros in here! I was champion once on NASCAR ‘08 too
Dinico,s crash and rusty wallace,s crash is original from dinico,s crash
The Go Slow Experience
That's some good driving being able to keep that car off the wall
man saw his bank account flash before his eyes
flat tire?
A typical day when someone drives around me & they lose it
So he spin in turn, BIG DEAL. he saved it
Maybe a 10 second video instead of 10 min? Just a thought...
Great save dude!!!!!!
Not a crash. Even better. It was a great show of car control in an out of control situation. Nice job indeed
Well, you kept it off the wall and didn't bend the sheet metal. Good job. :-)
wow man, you drove sic, improved a lot from lap to lap
and well you were lucky but saved it, haha
A crash is when you actually hit something.
PUT YOUR WINDOW NET DOWN!
Why..?
9 minutes and 15 seconds of nothing to get to it. Glad i did it in 20 seconds
Sounds like the engine got spun backwards. Do they make you pay for that?
Who was in charge of bringing you clean drawers, cause I'm sure you said it in your mind and pretty close to doin' it. 😂
Do you have to let off the throttle when you go into the turns or is that just your choice?
Nick Haynes If you push it too hard into corners you'll lose traction on the tires
Great point all the traction is usually at middle and bottom, all the mishaps usually happen when drivers to stupid things on high dide
Yup, just imagine gravity and friction at work with velocity and you can imagine what happens when you gun it at an odd angle. Similar to motocross. You take a 450f around a berm with as little throttle as possible otherwise you're eating dirt.
Nice going Ricky Bobby
You got the real nascar experience. Lucky.
Awesome! Very glad you are ok!
You controlled that like a pro, props man
I see some people saying that there's no way you blew a tire and that you just oversteered the car. I don't think that's the case, but even if it was, that is still one hell of a save man haha
If you come off the throttle abruptly and the weight shifts to the front while adding extra bite to the steering, the back tires can lose traction
Sounds like a pretty damn good experience
Can't drive a car built to run twice the speed it was traveling. Lost control at 100mph. Sad sad day.
Great driving skills!
You, sir, drive better than Danica Patrick and Kyle Busch combined!!! Nice save!!! Especially for someone who isn't pro!!!!!!!!! NiCe JoB!!!!!!!!
Kyle is great
nice save, you learned from the best, turn her left and lock her down
how fast were you going?
9:18 if you want to skip
god damnn what a save! this the one in rhode island?
That's clearly Califofnia
Chris Murphy lol couldnt tell was drunk asf and we have a place with the same name here
I can tell this guy was not from New York , New Jersey or Conneticut by the way he drives.
When you think you're Dale Earnhardt then reality strikes
Great driving on the recovery!!!!
Bubba Wallace School of Driving
what would have chapped if you hit the wall and destroyed the car?
Depends on if he paid for the insurance or not :)
Nice job keeping her outta the fence.
Nice save 🏁
U wouldn’t be the guy that drives the fast lane on the interstate holding up traffic would u?
it happens at 9:17 and its just a spin, no contact
Must be from the snow belt
Good save bro
More like the Bubba Wallace experience
Great job keeping it off the fence
Nice job keeping out of the wall
