- How to make a seasonal flower arrangement for Easter using spring flowers, pussy willow and some simple Easter accessories.
This week I've used Agrawool, a 100% natural product. Since 2017, Agrawool have started producing floral foam blocks for the florist industry. Where the current floral foam blocks are oil-based (petrochemical) and therefore not fully degradable, the 100% Natural Floral Foam™ products produced by Agra Wool International™, made from Basalt and a type of sucrose (cane or beet sugar) are degradable. All ingredients are all-natural substances and completely biodegradable until Basalt flour remains.
If you are new to arranging, take a few minutes to view my Back to Basics series which will explain how to create a very all round arrangement using a minimal amount of flowers.

Awesome Sharon, love ❤️ it.
Thanks Vicki
Brilliant design 🌸💕 I think I might try and remember this at Christmas. Instead of oval more round like a bauble, with maybe a bow on top.
Thank you, you’re a great teacher 🌹
Thats such a lovely idea, I've done something similar using a hula hoop to make it look like a christmas wreath, with the arrangement at the base. If I remember I'll do a tutorial on it.
Very creative!
Glad you think so!
Happy Easter
Happy Easter to you too
Beautiful design

Happy Easter to you too

Love your Easter arrangement I use a chopstick to make a hole in oasis for delicate and woody stems xxx
Ohhh that's a great idea! I wasn't prepared for such resistance from the Agrawool. Lesson learned, very quickly!
Absolutely exquisite 👌👌👌👌
Thanks a lot 😊
How exciting. We had better start thinking what flowers to use here in the Tasmania.
It won't be long now until Easter is with us.
I am in Tassie too
Beautiful!! Great recovery with the agrawool difficulty. Shows your experience well, to compromise and continue forward. I love it!!
It's so difficult to work with! But I'm determined to master it and help others use it!
Wow! Gorgeous, Easter design, perhaps my favourite creation yet! Thank you so much for sharing your skills.
Thanks again Sarah 😊
Absolutely delightful, I can't wait to get designing my own now. Thank you Sharon for always giving us so much inspiration.
Jan
Thanks Jan
A lovely idea for Easter. I'm thinking of baby chicks in the nest. Saw some in the poundshop that were wearing Easter bonnets!
Of course, there is so much you can choose from in the shops now
Wonderful arrangement!! You could also add a choccy rabbit and eggs for a gift. Thankyou for the great ideas 🐣
Yes Ann, you can add in as much as you like
That is absolutely adorable 🐇🐰🌼
Thanks Natalie
Beautiful Sharon, I really liked your Easter arrangement!
Thanks Anne
LOVED!!! Thank you!🤗❤
Glad you enjoyed it!
Love this Sharon, a really novel idea 😍
Thank you 💖
Beautiful, I love it and your blouse too! 🤗😍
Last year Easter when I went to collect some moss for my planned arrangement, I stepped in a dog💩 and found a giant tick running up on my pants 🤦so this year I have sown grass from seed in a basket! 😄 Moss is banned. Greetings, Judit 🙋
It's a dress! Much warmer here, so the summer clothes are ready ❤️ Oops avoid the 💩
Very pretty. Mechanics seemed a little tricky but result was lovely.
You a right, mechanics were tricky!!
Hi, this is so beautiful. Im a new florist and this is my 2nd Easter. I would love to make something similar to yours but wondering how big your container was and how big your rabbit was z
My container holds 2/3 block of foam and the rabbit is approximately 6 inches tall
@@sharondower thank you so much for this information and taking the time to get back to me. Im following now I found you.
I use arga wool for all my funeral work and hatboxes. I find if I use chicken wire as well it supports and prevents stems from moving too far in the sides. Some soft stem flowers like dahlias, astrania, cornflowers etc do not last longer than a day in arga wool x
Who needs chocolate eggs when you can do arrangement like this.
Arrangements done in Agro wool do they travel well or do you find they're best done in situ? Jan
Large designs don't travel well, but smaller arrangements for the home are great.
