Season 4 Episode 1 - LET IT BURN
“Set the house on fire, we’re angry and don’t want it in our neighbourhood.”
“You’ve just killed someone”
“Oh no how did that happen?
Classic playing the victim role so they can avoid punishment and run away
Also;
"This your car?" 🤨
"Never seen any of them before..."😏
"OK,Squad,ram it!"😁
"NO,WAIT!! PLEASE,THATS MY CAR!!!"😱
People tend to forget that choices have consequences, in that case, they commited arson + a negligent homicide
@@forkvlogs2784 More than negligent homicide. By stopping the firefighters from effecting a rescue they potentially ramped this up to murder 2.
@@ajvanmarle You mean 2nd degree Homicide?
People really dont understand that fire spreads and if you burn down one house YOU'LL BURN DOWN MORE
Actions has consequences. These idiots didn't think what their action would effect others
You can know where the fire begins, but never where it can end.
Yeah there are trees behind the house and if it spreads it will cause major problems!
"They meant well."
I'm pretty sure there's a famous saying about "good intentions" and the road where that leads...
isn't it "the road to hell is paved with good intentions"?
@@asurashun9695 That's the one.
Well, these dumbasses paved at least a mile of that road each.
@@asurashun9695and deep
All those people should’ve been arrested
Agreed.
Only the people who's blocking the entrance.
@@Jackson_DGaming so basically all of them, including the people on the sidewalks
There changes are arson, damage property and for murder
@@justinm.1 yea. I was about to say that.
If they had "let it burn" then other houses would have caught fire and then they 100% would try blame the firefighters that they blocked
Yeah tends to happen when your houses are made entirely of wood. In Germany and even south africa a poor as country fires never spread but I hear yearly stories about american houses burning. You pay 10 times more over there for properties that can be damaged by rain and would go down in minutes in a fire and is smaller than the houses in south africa?😂
@@CriticalCipher 🤣😂 yeah too true, good point about the fire spread
Block my way, have fun trying to explain to your Insurance Company as to how exactly the damage to your car happens to look like a fire engine rammed it out the way at 5mph...
Old Man: The people meant well
Dead body seen
Me: Are you sure about that?
Where the people aware that there was still someone in that house they set on fire?
@@brandontorrance6923 Does that matter
@@dylannoonan640 no; but some of the people seem shocked to see a burnt body.
all those people need to get convicted for murder
I doubt it
@@N1k4_Gr1v Doubtful they'd get convicted of Murder, though manslaughter would certainly be possible. Felony Obstruction of Emergency Services, Civil Unrest, Arson, Reckless Endangerment, and a slew of other possible charges. A good DA could probably get them all on a mob charge, and every single person would get something on their permanent records. Most would likely rat out the main instigators, the ones who blocked the streets and set the actual fire. THOSE would likely get real jail time.
If this was reality, of course...
@@dmadd4643 I doubt there's a cell big enough to arrest them all. Nor does this city have enough cops
It's Chicago, they definitely have enough police
Sadly, because the writers of this show are so incompetent, that won't happen.
So, not only did someone die in the house but the house next door was damaged because of the stupidity of these people?? Yeah, brilliant plan, guys! 🙄 What if the fire spread through the whole fucking neighborhood?!? 🤬
Well.... seems like they all share exactly only 1 braincell
Nice to have you hear
Answer?
Have a REALLY awkward time trying to claim on the insurance..
@@flashstudiosguy If you do not mind sending me on zangi
@@pamelaheisler08 You what,mate?
Does the Great Chicago Fire not get taught to people anymore? This is how that fire started, one house fire spread to another, to another, to another, and so on.
I mean if yiu guys are still buikding your houses the same then fire soreading must not be that big of a concern
@@CriticalCipherHi, Ivan!
I own a book called 'Disasters That Changed The World ' and the Great Chicago Fire is in it. And you are correct, even if the house where it started served as a bakery.
That neighborhood deserves the Razzie award for worst performance in emergency aid.
riot police was needed for that emergency
exactly
Actually... Why the hell didn't they call the police shouldn't they have also been at the scene?
@@redironproductions5579 would have taken to much time and the fire could have spread to the other houses/lawns (and maybe explosions, if any gas lines or other stuff would have been in the burning house)
“They meant well”
_drops in charred shimada_
"Oh no your on fire!"
"Lets not do anything."
"Who wants to go get some food?"
So guessing the people weren’t aware someone was inside?
You should be asking "What's the blight of the neighborhood?"
They said it was a red x building so nobody went inside
Is there a real controversy?
@@Tribozom yes
drug dealers buy cheap houses in low income areas and used them as places to either sell and get high or make more drugs
which not only endangers the neighborhoods but also with certain drugs the cooking process can have high risk of fires and/or explosions
@@mrroboshadow The problem is, rather than manually tore it down, they choose to burn it instead.
I agree with Herman
I wish he will call to major delete this village from map.
anybody can say to kill someone or to destroy but its rare for them to not feel the pain and agony and welp what they done becouse a lot of you will see that you made a mistake its less of you to be happy
not anybody has the balls to do this stuff not even me my heart is too much good to even do this stuff even if i hate a person i can never hurt it or kill it
Anyone explain why they wanted it to burn? Why is that man a blight?
The house is a drug den so the neighbors decided to burn it down because the city wasn't doing anything about it. The man isn't a blight but the house is. You seriously need to work on your information understanding skills.
@@vvoof2601i understand if they wanted justice but killing a man is no excuse and nearly getting a innocent man killed aint right, i understand the city or government dont always help by why not just directly ask the police or get evidence
@@vvoof2601 And you seriously need to work on being polite because that comment at the end did sound rude. You can't expect everyone to be good at understanding everything as each has their own pace when it comes to learning new things. Even when someone needs improvement it's better to say something constructive than just straight up tell them what they need to improve on.
@vvoof2601 and you need to work on being nice.
@vvoof2601 not necessary to be so rude. Work on your emotional intelligence.
Is that Chase hahahah
I thought he looked familiar! Mystery solved! 😂
Yes he is. The moment I laid eyes on this show and saw the name Jesse Spencer on the cast, I was like "Hey, look at that, Chase is here." 😀.
Herrmann knocked out them in this scene
People will do awful things while blinded by rage... and then regret it when reality hits them... yet still won't take accountability...
6:02 is this what they wanted?
Kind of, yeah
I know it's actually breaking the law. But, why dont you guys move the car? If they ever giving out that much excuses, my feelings should be angry. I rather call CPD to deal with it.
The sad part is that something like this actually happened during the.. ahem 'Peaceful Protests' in America a few years ago.
A drug dealer died in a crackhouse or they burnt a random house?
@@CriticalCipher Not a drug dealer and not a crackhouse, but plenty of examples where the burn loot murder movement burned, looted and murdered.
I know it's a show but what would happen to the people who blocked the way in a real situation?
Would they be charged for third decree murder?
Most likely, the chief himself said it's against the law to obstruct a rescue.
@@redironproductions5579 yeah that as well and they would definitely be charged for obstructing emergency services but I want to know if they will all be charged for third degree murder or just the people who set the house on fire?
@@meganescriven3198the people blocking the car would be charged for obstruction that it self would take a long process and then an investigation would happen on house on fire if it was done on purpose then I’m not sure it will be 3rd degree murder because we don’t know if they knew he was inside it would most likely be manslaughter but that be a good guess
@@marcusgirling it sounds like they set it on fire on purpose but they didn't intend to kill anyone that would third degree murder, killing someone without the intention of killing
@@meganescriven3198I think that depends really because you could make the argument that only the people who actually set the house on fire are responsible for 3d degree while the people blocking the streets are only responsible for obstructing emergency service vehicles, or you could make the claim all are technically liable for 3rd degree since they aided in the death either by igniting the fire or being the ones blocking the road.
It's not really a clear cut situation and would likely require further investigation
THE WAY CASEY LOOKED SO SCARED FOR DAWSON 😭😭 i feel so single
As Fireman Sam would say:
Great Fires Of London !
6:07 Steve ❤
Loved these earlier seasons of Fire so much
These people have spirt
It seems reincarnation taught Mr. Creedy _nothing._
Why were those folks obstructing the rescue in the first place?
The house is a drug den
Watch the clip.
secretly the best scene
Fire is alive it eats up everything in it path🔥
I don’t understand. Did the people, set the house on fire? And if they did, why?
I find it disgusting. Everyone is human and NO ONE deserves a horrible death.
WTF was the reason behind this again?
I think the house was used to make drugs so the people wanted it gone. Not wanting to rely on the government, they took matters into their own hands.
Because they think other people doing drugs somehow affects them. In other words, they are total morons.
Watch the clip. It was said.
Wow the whole neighborhood knows how to play God huh? "Let it burn" they said. I wonder if the one who died would be grateful for their concern.
Why tf they wanted the house to burn tho
It was a drug den
Man, feels like for that if a fire ever broke out in that neighbourhood again, they might experience at least 30 more minutes of wait time before the fire engines roll up
I’m wondering if the people didn’t know that there was a person trapped in that burning building?
😢😢😢😢😢😢
So why did they want that guy to die?
I don’t think they did actually his house was a crackhouse unfortunately to be honest.
@@matthewforsyth284 ohhh
Ngl if i was there i would say WDYM YOU PEOPLE??? 🤨
Which episode is this
Legal Authority is authorized fd are ordered to do anything
i still dont understand why the neighbourhood had blocked the roads to the house
Dr Chase?
Nice job casey
Did these People lock that house with a person in than block the road?shocking to the core omg RESPECT TO ALL LIVES
The fire department should have like a battering ramp vehicle to move vehicles in case there is obstruction on the street.
I dont care weather its a drug house or a fucking school, all life is a gift and should not be seen any less valuble because of there actions
Man, tv makes people look stupid. If an entire street knows its a drug den, why didn't they call the police instead of "let it burn"
I get it it's a drug den, but don't they realize that drug den Aliable for highly explosive gases!!
The man who died, what did he do?
he was likely a drug dealer
He was probably a drug dealer inside a house that was a crackhouse.
What’s a ‘red X’ building?
What episode from what season is this
Season 4 episode 1
As much as junkies who still actively use and endanger other people's lives should be punished, theres this thing the kids are doing called notifying the police?
They said the city won't do anything about it so like that clearly didn't work

What’s the big idea
The house is a crackhouse.
I haven't seen the show. Can they not afford balaclavas and masks? Why would you ever go into a fire with your jacket open?
Sad when thugs gets it.
