That was a cool house Brandon. Seemed kind of cramped for us tall people. I'm 5ft 11 and i would have to duck! LOL😂I love the purple room! Bit too noisy for my liking though. Nice trees! Thanks for sharing!! I look forward to your next explore!! 💜😊✌👍
I have only seen a few doors with that sun burst window pattern. That purple is almost Perry Elise purple. A few things tells me this house is def' early 1950's. The basement has some great tung & groove paneling. Dribble Dribble lol Love the backyard, def' a great place to chill out and expand on it. Was a charming little house and always great explores. Keep Orange Crushing Brandon!
Beautiful bungalow shame its going to be know more soon I love how the kitchen sink was in the corner of the work tops so unusual to see and the lovely fireplace and electric fire so cosy and love how its got the privacy tree line out side great find Brandon.
Nice little discreet and sound home with a nice back yard that the next house surely won't have. I wonder if those closet to bathroom passthroughs were original to the home or added by the homeowner, I think the latter. I never liked the kitchen tile counter top fad from the very start for reasons of keepin them sanitary, 🤢. A weird place for a ceiling fan at 7:01, why not put one in the hallway too? All you would have to do is chop the blades down a little. Thanks for the tour Brandon, have a nice day, drink some beer, be a hero and pee out those fires. 🤠👍 (🤔 they need to invent an emoji with a fireman's hat)
Hey Brandon as soon as you walked into the kitchen I liked the way the sink was situated the owners would of looked out those windows while washing the dishes. Definately a time capsule just in the cool awesome wallpaper. This house is a cool one mate, definately retro kitchen in that basement cheers mate awesome explore.
What a sweet little house and refreshing to see that no one trashed it. Must have been peaceful on that large beautiful property before traffic came in to spoil it a bit. I find it interesting that people could live a nice happy life in a small simple house when nowadays most want a larger and larger mansion that demands a huge wallet to heat and cool let alone a mint to furnish. Times change. It’s fun to imagine what life was like back in the day of an older home. Thanks for this interesting explore Brandon. Stay safe out there.
Hi Brandon what a lovely home the whole house was lovely inside no damage no graffiti just beautiful inside apart from the basement but if someone wanted to buy the home the top level of the house doesn't need repairing but a little bit of work to the basement it would look great to live in now I don't know why they want to demolish the house for when a bit of tender loving care can go along way but a great video thank you Brandon
It’s a very nice well looked after home and it is very cosy great find so sad it’s being pulled down I’m so glad no one has trashed it . Keep up the great work you do love your videos. Kindest regards Allan
The meter may have pkeer, but i bet they just flipped off the circuit breakers. I have been in many houses where i have flipped the breakers back on and the lights worked. This place is on a well so if you get the power working the water would also work when you power the pump on. Id love to have those ceiling fans. I bet an eldetly coupple lived in this house. I can just tell by the decor. I get that vibe. Great cute house. If i could move it and save it i would.
Woodbine Ave. Is starting to look different great video. My first of your's. I have officially subscribed to this channel. 👍much love form the state's 🇺🇲
It's a shame this house in perfect condition is going to be destroyed! There should be a law against it😢😮😅 Oh if it's flooded I can see it being set for demolished because of the mold.😮😢😮
Why are these developers buying up these nice properties to build on and demolishing the homes? Why can't they find properties that are vacant to build on?
This place is charming....walls are dark in the bedrooms...makes it feel smaller...interesting custom extras!! Another great find...B-
Wow I love the house all the wood. Very homey. You don't see houses like these anymore. Thank you Brandon . 🙂💗
Love the blue walls
Many memories
The feeling of tension going to the basement is good🤩
I LOVE IT! Except for the creepy basement. I got a bad feeling about the whole basement. I would have to stay upstairs.
What a cozy home!!!! Great job!!!! Loved the woodwork and fireplace!!! Be safe!!! Pam❤️
This house is beautiful. Love the walls
Another good explore shame place would be great with a clean up and fresh lick of paint

Sorta reminds me of a place we lived in at Moss Landing...California...sweet place
I like the fireplace. The rest of the house has some cool features too. The front door. Too bad about the basement and water.

I meant to say meter has power. I hate trying yo type on this little phone keyboard. Rather use a full size key board.
