😂 Non-console players have no idea how aim assist works on console do y’all? It does NOT lock like that. It simply slows the cross hair down when it passes over a target. Any adjustment/micro-adjustment is done by the shooter, not the game. Only way you get a lock on console is if they’re Ximming, which I’m sure people still are, but that Soj wasn’t. That’s just genuinely what a micro-flick looks like on console.

never ever understood where this conception came from. ive played on both console and pc (moved to pc like 5 years back) and aim assist was never an aimbot lol. It takes like 3 minutes of googling to figure it out
Im a Former Console player and i OTP genji it was alot harder to play genji on a controller.

@@G128_cz jay didn't make any comments about the zen's aim. no one else in the comments are talking about the zen's aim. his aim is not the discussion topic as there's nothing wrong with it. Jay's not understanding that aim assist doesn't "lock" as he claims is whats being talked about. If you wanna keep saying otherwise that's fine but im not gonna argue with you anymore over something irrelevant
@@domothebro2435 so Sojourn is also irrelevant, the aim assist is the same tf You talking about, also those weren't flicks on the Sojourn unless the flick happend at the speed of the shot as that was what happend, the Sojourns crosshair was not on the target until They shot the Railgun, as for the Zen It straight up tracked for him a falling target
There are multiple types of aim assist, one that "locks on" as the crosshair is close enough, something that Apex and OW has and then there are the ones that will simply slow down your crosshair movement while close enough to the target, mobile games have a mix of those where It will slow down the crosshair movement AND slightly pull the crosshair towards the enemy
Jay has no idea how the aim assist works on console OW lol. He should try it sometime, I bet he couldn't do 10% of the things he does on PC

pc players crying over the 1 singular advantage console has over pc is crazy yeah we have aim assist which literaly only slows down the sense when going over player which to yall is apparently OP when compared to faster fps, better graphics, easier movement more control over aim but yeah aim assist is broken

I've played Overwatch on Nintendo Switch before and it 1000% aim locked so hard sometimes. Maybe because it was on the Switch lol. I highly doubt it was supposed to aim lock like it did.
it wasnt a lock it was literaly a micro flick but than again maybe switch has a higher aim assist to compensate for lower frames

someone said it, I thought I was crazy. I've honestly stopped watching rankdle videos just because it felt like every time a console player showed up it ends up in these scenarios "Aim assist is too strong (look at Halo and you'll change your mind instantly)", "It's console, idk (the only thing different is MOVEMENT and I guess fov but mainly MOVEMENT)." This isn't even hate, it's just weird that instead educating yourself, you would rather make assumptions.
