    Excellent video, and thank you for showcasing the island. At some point, you should return to Puerto Rico because there are many attractions in other towns that you would love.

    • @againstallodds404
      @againstallodds404 Před 2 měsíci

      @@ivancolon3519 HI ty for responding. I am staying in SJ first but we want to stay in another city as well to view other places. We don't know which other cities are a great place to stay and that's not an hour away from SJU Airport or in the forest. It's a family trip so not looking at night life. We come across a lot of places but not sure what's the center between SJ and El Yunque.

    • @ivancolon3519
      @ivancolon3519 Před 2 měsíci

      @againstallodds404 does it have to be within an hour? There are a lot of great places on the west coast that are
      2 to 2.5 hours from San Juan and they are better than San Juan. Outside of San Juan is a different vibe,the people are different, much friendlier, although the people in San Juan are friendly too. Let me know if you want the names of the places

    • @againstallodds404
      @againstallodds404 Před 2 měsíci

      @@ivancolon3519 Yes, I would love to have the names of those places. Would I definitely need a rental and are the places safe? Thank you so much.

    • @ivancolon3519
      @ivancolon3519 Před 2 měsíci

      @againstallodds404 yes you would need a rental and as far as safety to me the whole Island is safe,except in the caserios or (public housing ) if you are respectful of the people and the culture you won't have any problems. You are going to see that people on the Island are some of the friendliest people you will ever meet, trust me and you will see with your own eyes. You should go to the town of Aguadilla,the beaches are Crash Boat and Peńa Blanca for snorkeling,also go yo Rincon they have a lot of Americans living in there,Aldo the town of Cabo Rojo Buye beach they also have a beautiful light house right next to a beach called Playa Sucia or dirty beach,don't pay attention to the name. Lol, there are other towns on the north of the island,like Arecibo, if you need more suggestions just let me know

    Not to be nitpicky but it is not the only rainforest in the United States. Technically it is the only tropical rainforest in the United States. The coasts of Oregon and Washington state are both part of the temperate rainforest that runs up the the Pacific Northwest into the Pacific Southwest of Canada.
