They sold more se over mini because of the price. If they bring back the mini design and rebrand it as the se with reasonably modern specs and a price of of up to $500 I’m sure it will sell like hot cakes

Hell no, the 13 Mini SE shouldn’t start at $500, that’s too high.
@@sholmes_ttyythe mini battery life might be bad, but it’s a lot better than the current SE, a friend of mine has the SE 3 and he has a battery cased attached at all times, I use a 13 min and I have more battery flexibility than him.
If they were to build an iPhone SE 4 that looks like an iPhone 13 mini but with a slightly thicker case to accommodate a larger battery with the A16 SoC with 8 GB of RAM, it may actually sell fairly well. A lot of people like smaller phones, especially its better "pocketability."

the star of the SE is the touch ID. Would suck if they get rid of it. Also, OLED displays and my eyes dont gel because of the PWM, so i need to stick to LCD displays.

A new iphone se would actually be a good idea for the market group that just doesn’t care for all the flashy features and just wants a device to use that isn’t too expensive. I know my mom would love it, especially since it’s not too big.

I’m super excited for the SE release as that’s going to be my little girl’s 1st iPhone. She absolutely hates her android phone and loves fiddling with my 15 pro max and iPad so I’ll give it to her when she goes to secondary school in 2 years 😊

Been rocking the Mini 13 since it arrived. Still works great and does everything I need. Wish the screen and camera was a little better. But with that apple would have to amp up the battery.

I'm excited for the iPhone SE4, I've had the iPhone SE3 everything was good except the screen specs with huge bezels, I have changed to a new phone ever since but I'm happy that small phones are making a comeback to apple.

Apparently, numbers don't lie, but still they would have made some extra sales by adding a smaller size phone. The transition was perfect for the SE model to increase display to 5.4 coming from 4.7. And to the normal sales of the SE, Apple should account all the 12 and 13 mini owners, like myself, who would loved that and jump right away to get a new SE with the mini size
an Iphone SE 4 would definitely be a great product even if the screen gets larger, might consider byuing it.

I wish Apple would keep with the "mini" size. I have small hands, and the iPhone 13 mini is a great size for me to use...but not near as small as the iPhone 4 I had for many years until I simply had to upgrade some years ago to an iPhone 6S. Guess I will have to hang onto my 13 mini until it no longer accepts the latest iOS update. Hopefully the size of the upcoming iPhone SE will not be too big for my hands to hold comfortably when I am using it.
It would be the best-selling phone if the design were updated. I am eagerly waiting for it and intend to purchase it for myself.

I wouldnt mind a mini version be rebranded as se with latest chipset. I like the se lineup tbh. Less phone time, less expensive phone among iphones while manage to communicate with my imessaging love ones.
SE 2 was my iPhone gateway. I wanted to try the Apple ecosystem, and it hooked me. I won’t be going back to the SE, but I know many who adore this product

It should be released same time as iPhone 16. So frustrating to not be until spring next year. Also no finger print and more forced facial recognition. Bummer
I love the SE 3 and the SE in general. I do no like large phones. I have an iPad when I want a larger screen. A small but powerful phone like the SE is perfect for a lot of people. I'm ok with it being slightly larger but I do think the size is a critical factor for people that buy the SE rather than just price. So I will eventually buy this if it's their smallest phone but I expect the SE 3 to last for a good while. My partners SE 2 is still snappy and fully useable just without the 5G but she doesn't need that.

Since the manufacturing process for the mini series has been used for years, make a 13 mini as an SE 4
What I think they might do is what they did with the ipad 9 and 10, they might drop the price of the current se but still make it for a little bit and then bring in the new one at $429

You could say that SE is designed to sell the old parts, but the size of iPhone 13 mini is 5.42 inches, which is definitely not 6.1 inches. Approximately this is the size of iPhone 13 Pro. I planned to buy one iPhone SE4 because my current phone iQOO 12 is too large which with a screen size of 6.78 inches, but now it has no difference since the size of the SE4 become 6.1 inches.

The 12 mini and the 13 mini had bad battery life. The way the software taxes your hardware creates a demand for larger batteries. YOU may get decent battery life on your mini, but the average user had to charge it by mid afternoon.
It kinda strange looking at how it was distributed with what version people bought with iPhone 13 because I bought a mini and love it and I only know two other people that bought iPhone 13s they also bought mini so I don’t know many with 13s but all I know have minis so it just strange seeing how little percentile that bought it

Hello Matt, the research shows if one goes back to the original SE Model, the SE was originally made to be a 4x4 smaller version IPhone for buyers who prefer a smaller IPHONE. Apple botched the mini because they made it too small. I almost bought one because I like the smaller IPHONE. But I felt safer with the IPHONE PRO MODEL.
A 6.1-6.3” screen size is comfortable.
Moving into the 6.5”, I may as well buy a PRO MAX MODEL🌟🥰. Once again Apple is a genius😉. Great Strategic ideas 💡✨. I do love Apple🥰. I hope they don’t push it too far. 😉🫶🏻

Me and my family would have gotten mini"s (4)except the storage was too small (wasnn't spending $1,000 for extra storage on a mini)One member got the 13mini 512gb. And I'm all about the fingerprint scanner. My S10e has a fingerprint scanner an 768gb of storage!
