Die Stadt Santa Úrsula liegt im Nordwesten der Insel Teneriffa, nicht weit weg von Puerto de la Cruz. Sie hat ungefähr 15.000 Einwohner und liegt an einem Berghang oberhalb einer imposanten Steilküste auf einer durchschnittlichen Höhe von 420 Metern über dem Meeresspiegel.
