So pin1 is output to LED on the upper side of the pcb and at the same time output to pin in JST-XH connector right?
and what is distance between each pair of sensor for best result?
Your diagram is a bit blurry.

The first pin is 5v the last pin is gnd. Middle pins are outputs. Please send me an email for the circuit diagram

I already get that part. I mean pin 1 of LM358 is output to LED labeled "LED5 0805" and same output is connected to one of the middles pin in JST-XH. Is that correct?
