Hello, welcome to my channel. I bought this machine because, I gained over 30LBS taking prednisone for two years, a side effect of prednisone is unusual weight gain. Fat freezing is giving me the results and motivation to keep going on my journey to get my body back. This machine makes it possible to freeze away fat, at home. In this video I will show you fat freezing before and after photos.

How long was does the bruising stay around? I had coolsculpting done at a spa and was more swollen than bruised. Now after my first home treatment my love handle area is very bruised but my abdomen not at all?

I did cool sculpting 3 years ago on my stomach and love handles. It cost thousands of dollars. I kept thinking wow if I could do this even every year it would help, but I just can’t afford that. I’m so excited to learn this machine can be purchased for under a thousand dollars!

This would be so helpful to me. I have this exact machine with chin attatchment. Thank you so much. Also I can’t get it to stay on my chin so it keeps coming off and I have to reattach over and over. I did it once and had a HUGE hickey for 2 weeks. My most full coverage makeup that covers tattoos wouldn’t cover it because it was so dark. What did I do wrong?

@@witdagreeneyz I saw results but it was very minimal. Even just a tiny pudge or small love handles/ back fat will need like two sessions to get the results you want.

Thank you for this video. I've seen this cryo machine and was skeptical of buying it, but after seeing your instructions, will definitely make the purchase. I've had coolsculpting done in the past and it cost me $1400 for just the flanks, where this device cost a fraction of that - a cost saver.
I just got a consultation yesterday and it 5000+ for what I wanted done now. Then more if I went back. I was researching results the stumble on a portable one. Then ones like yours. Some of the webs sites to buy didn’t seem trustworthy. Amazon reviews talked about people getting frostbite from it. I was worried about buying one for home. I always look on CZcams to see how to do things. Your video was the first one on the page!! I loved it. Very helpful and took some of the stress out of buying one for home. I’m going to buy one. I think off eBay.

Hello! Great channel! I think you’re getting bruised and sore from the machine because only 30 minutes in each area is recommended instead of 60. Also, they say to not lower the temperature to -10 degrees Celsius; the suggested temperature is 3-5 range

I did 45 min coolsculpting with a doctor and it worked great. I did another one for 30 mins and it did not work.

@@jnyfried I only used it once. I over did it and caused a freezer burn. It has healed, but the skin is still discolored there. I plan on continuing with it, though I'll be much more careful next time. I'm going to hold off until the summer is over.

I did coolsculpting twice, $1200 per treatment. Meh, im thinking. Nothing they do is all that special or anything i couldn't repeat at home safely. So, $900 gets me the machine itself and i can do more treatments in other areas rather than spending thousands more at the spa. Yes, I have spent alot of money on cryo to rid fat,after metastatic breast cancer , 3 extensive spinal revisions l1 thru s2 after is 1st surgeon didnt fuse metal plates /pins, developed hypothyroidism went from a hard fought lots of work 123lbs to 150lbs in a week thyroid meds not helping pcp didnt think i needed meds now like you RA . I always had fat on my thighs and tummy lots of fat.

How to avoid Paradoxical Adipose HyperPlasia: Although there is no known way to predict who will experience paradoxical hyperplasia, if you are male, you should be aware that you may possibly be at higher risk. All patients receiving cryolipolysis should also be aware that there is a 1% incidence, meaning 1 in every 100 patients could face PAH:

Why purified water and not distilled ? When the person who fixes machines came to us at work (dental) he said use distilled so minerals don’t build up in chambers or lines.

So I bought this machine and have had no problems treating my upper and lower stomach, and inner flanks. I decided to try to treat my back love handles, and one side went normally but the other ended up w some pretty bad frost bite from the top freezing bar in the handle despite using the two membranes.
I think this was due to a couple things. First I didn’t have as much fat back there and the fat is much firmer, causing the handle to suction on and off to keep it attached. This sucked too much of the antifreeze liquid out of the membrane. When I took off the handle it was filled w a lot more antifreeze than normal. Secondly, I was sitting up right and the handle was weighed down too much by gravity, causing the top freezing bar to have too much connection w my skin. Again, it was only the top freezing bar that got me, the lower was totally fine.
Going forward I’m going to make sure I have enough fat to create my a good initial suction, so that the handle doesn’t suck too much of the liquid out of the membrane. I’ll also support the handle w towel or lay down so that the handle is as level as I can get it.
I hope this helps everyone avoid a burn because it’s not fun! Thankfully it’s was only the top freezing bar and not both, but I definitely have a second degree burn with blistering in a very inconvenient spot. Doctor says it should heal w minimal scaring as long as I take good care of it, but I’ll be much more careful w treatments in the future.

@@andiwaslikefasho I have seen some results! I’ve only done two treatments tho, and the second one it’s probably too soon to see results. When I had a cool sculpting consultation at a medi spa, they said I would need about 3-4 treatments, so I’m thinking by my 4th session I’ll be very happy w the results. I’ve also not had anymore frost bite issues.

Thank you for the video. I bought one of these machines in March and it did take quite a while to receive from China due to Covid. I am wondering where you found the time and temperature settings you chose. I’ve done a lot of research and I believe in the abdomen or higher fat areas 60 Minutes is the treatment time so I agree with what you’ve chosen but the manufacturer recommended 30 minutes. On my second round of treatments I’m going to do 60 minutes. Manufacturer also recommends -5°C. I’m going to try your 10° even though I am worried about tissue damage.
Also, mine has the chin handle as well which doesn’t quite fit my chin so I struggled to keep the suction on it would take me a long time to get it to suction and then if I moved 1 inch I would lose it.

Just bought my machine. Using as we speak . Loved your videos. The chin handle worked immediately but I couldn’t get the big handles to work. It didn’t seem to have any suction at all. The chin one had lots of suction. But texting the company. Helped immensely. The whole head has to be covered & pushed in so the suction starts. So relieved ,thought I’d have to send it back. Can you use it on the same spot every 2 weeks? More than once a month?
Never repeat an area for at least 30 days. It can take up to 6 months to see the final results.

Thanking for putting out this video. I wanted to purchase one of these but wasn’t sure if I could do it. I feel more confident now. I do have a couple of questions. Can the antifreeze pads be used more than once? They are so expensive. How often do you go over the same area, days or weeks? What are your towels used for during the process? Or are they just for clean up after? I really appreciate you do this for us. I cannot afford going to the salon myself. I’ve been eye balling this machine for about 3 years now. The antifreeze membranes are one use only. It is recommended to wait 30 days before repeating an area. They can be expensive, eBay has the best price. I use flour sack towels the link is located in the description below the video. Hi Joann, I like cryo for larger areas of fat and cavitation for smaller areas. Cryo is a permanent fat loss solution, where as cavitation is not.
