Using the stereo mix at microphone to enable share audio from PC
if you want to share your PC system sound in Google meet, remember to choose the Mic (Stereo Mix) and "turn on" your mic.
Remember to change back to "Default microphone" if you plan to speak using your mic.

If Stereo Mix (Realtek Audio) is unavailable in Google Meet. Take the following steps on a Windows PC. It was far easier to access the sound controller in previous versions of Windows, so I am providing these steps for Windows 11:
Click Windows Sound Icon --> Sound Settings --> Scroll down and click "More Sound Settings.
It should open a Sound Controller. Click on the Recording Tab --> Scroll down to "Stereo Mix" --> Right-click and select "ENABLE"

I'm doing like video edit alongs & that way is not going to work. Too much back and forth on changing the mics. Is zoom better?
Hi, Zoom will be easier compare to google meet. Zoom just need to choose share screen with Audio. But Zoom only maximum 40 minutes for free account.

What about if I use headphones? It only shows microphone, default and communication.
Hi, it will be same "microphone, default and communication" although using speaker and headphones. Just remember to enable stereo mix at microphone at Window.

Lagging is unusual. But usually shared video will have slightly delay.

How to share a screen with audio (no tab) on Macbook Air?
Hi, To share your screen during a Google Meet video call on your Macbook Air, follow these steps:
1. Join the Google Meet video call by clicking on the link provided by the meeting organizer.
2. Once you are in the video call, click on the "Present now" button located at the bottom of the screen.
3. From the options that appear, select "Your entire screen."
4. A pop-up window will appear asking you to choose which screen or display you want to share. Select the screen you want to share and click "Share."
5. Once your screen is being shared, click on the "Share audio" checkbox located at the bottom of the screen.
6. Your screen and audio will now be shared with the other participants in the meeting. You can navigate through your computer and play any audio, and the other participants will be able to see and hear everything that is displayed on your screen.
7. To stop sharing your screen and audio, click on the "Stop sharing" button located at the bottom of the screen.

what if i want to use a bluetooth headphone with my laptop
Hi, is the same. Because shared screen and the audio is from your PC system. Not from Bluetooth headphone.
But when you want to speak using your Bluetooth headphone, just remember change back to your Bluetooth headphone.
i figured it out. using a Bluetooth headphone and screensharing with audio is tricky. but for my required purpose i finally found a way. i used a virtual audio driver (vb Audio) and used screenshare. the limitation is i can also share audio from a tab. no windows and private browsing tab works on this principle.(i am using brave). There is one more trick i can use to activate both windows audio. i used a portable version of brave . i don't know if it is a bug but new window shows as new tab and i can use this to sent audio through gmeet. @@LYSStuff

Hi, on android device (wearing earphone) the sound system and microphone connected to earphone. When share screen can have audiences can hear sound from your microphone.
But from your android device shared screen with audio from sound system (not from microphone), you might need to refer to this.

But if your laptop do not have stereo mix, then no need to set it. It will automatic share audio when u share screen.
