That poor woman’s backyard was neglected for longer than a year. It’s crushing when you enjoy gardening but your health struggles prevent you from staying ahead of it. Doesn’t take long for the plants to sense weakness. They take full advantage. Great work beating back the invaders, trimming the trees and shrubs, and especially hauling all of the cuttings away. You are a great guy for doing all that work for free.
I heard a man say he got bored watching your videos! He probably has never done yard work before. The satisfaction of seeing clean lines and pruned trees brings a great sense of a job well done. I don’t see how he could be bored.

Such a beautiful back garden. I love the fireplace BBQ. I can't wait to see till the end of your cleanup. It's a shame that it was left untended so long it would have made all the difference to living there if it had been kept up. Thank you for your hard work and professionalism. You found all kinds of treasures LOL That back yard is going to be so cool when you are done!! Imagine having such a cool barbecue right in your own backyard! When I was growing up my dad built something similar in our back yard by the pool, he incorporated it into the brick fence he put up around the pool area. Great work so far Tim, thanks for showing us! I will keep an look out for Pt 4 ;)
Great job. That ivy over the outdoor fireplace has been taken years to grow that thick. If it was me, I would not tackle that back garden fence because it might have poison ivy in it and if you cut that down all the way to the top, the other side might just fall into the neighbors garden. They can trim it up. It's amazing that they let that lawn go unattended for that long. Wow.

Poison ivy isn’t too much of an issue in Australia. It was the snakes and spiders I was more worried about!

I came across you this morning! I watch other yard men who donate their time and I love them all. But I have NEVER seen one man tackle a yard in this condition! You are to be appreciated and admired. Always point your empty wheelbarrow/wagon into the direction that you want to depart from. It will help prevent getting twisted up in the overgowth and you know the path is already cleared that you need to travel. Sames time and energy. I do so much love your videos. Very smart way to show off all this different tools so people get interested and go and purchase them this was like a infocomercial show without talking about prices just showing the tools, very smart going.

That Kiykuyu grass grows like ivy. It grows over anything and everything and from what I've seen in your videos, they form what look like vines that cling to just about anything. I'm from New York and never heard of that type of grass or seen anything quite like it until watching your videos. Never did I think cutting overgrown lawns would be so relaxing. Edging the property seems to be the most soothing to me because it's detail oriented and I pay attention to detail in anything and everything. Love your videos!

Good job, Tim. Watching you mow the thick grass at 1.5x speed you remind me of AC/DC's Angus Young--you're always in motion like he is.
It looks so much better. My dad built a brick barbecue similar to this one way back in time. I hope the homeowner can come back home to see how nice everything looks. You will probably have to cut the front again by the time you finish the back! Great job Tim!🥰

I was a bit shocked when you set that plant pot down in the grass and it disappeared because the grass was so long! Hello Sir, piece of advice to you from me, get yourself a Shredder/mulcher for small trees, this will reduce all of your tree branches and bushes and most of your cuttings to 10% of its initial size and will help you dispose of it easier and quicker... Honestly, I do this myself... keep up the good work.
