Every thing is beautiful, but hall is a little small. Could have reduce size of bedroom of ground floor. But for small family its perfect

A foyer should have been added...living / TV unit is bang at the entrance. This would have made a big difference...& given that privacy space to the living!

Consider that as an escape. They just rehash the same ideas over and over again. Layout or interiors are way to similar between all their projects. You can find some firm with more creativity. I just unsubscribed this channel for the same reason.

Living room should not be immediately at the entrance door.
Dinning area is bigger than living room.
Kitchen is tiny.
Can the ground floor be redesigned for my residence plan ?
All other floor is wonderful.

We have our own reasons not to disclose the budget publicly. And already uploaded a video explaining the same.

1260 is the area of the plot. But 2400 is the area of the house including all floors.
