Nice house and great location, but the floorplan design is chaotic and inefficiently laid out. With all that space - for example - the hot water heaters should be neatly tucked away in their own closet/cabinet spaces. I’d definitely have to get rid of that hideous furniture, kitchen countertop material and replace the window framing if I were going to buy and live there.
I see from your mockups you have other designs but the banister on this property has the same old style in a lot of older buildings. Is there a significant financial difference between that and other more modern designs? Or did the owner just want to stick with what they know?
