water issues whitefield me bohot hai. agar ghar khareedna hai ya fir rent pe lena hai then check if municipal water connection is available or not and if kaveri connection is also available. Another thing I would like to mention is that even if you have municipal water connection, try buying a water container of 200L. That way you can store extra water.
Didi, problem ta jol er toh achei but jokhon ekta jar to onno jar e dhale with nongra hate ota dhekhei ghenna lage, only 1 solution aquagaurd, and electricity ta common sob place e.

I didnot get any power backup within this price range. My room was semi -furnished which includes only TV unit, big wardrobe, modular kitchen, geyser. But one of my friend stays in Sarjapur in a full furnished flat in a rent which cost around 19,000/month .They got a automated inverter in their room along with mostly all the equipments in the room .

It was not fully mentioned about the security part.....yes they do deduct for maintenance but if maintenance is not to be done considering the gravity of the condition then whether security money is refundable or what?

If your office location is in HSR Layout. I would recommend you to get a stay near to bomanhalli , electronic city phase 1 , btm layout , silk board. This areas are the near by place from HSR.
Here main the issue is traffic and travelling cost ( which is way to expensive) . So to avoid that u should you rent a place near to your office area. 2 bhk flats will be costly . So better rent out for 1 bhk instead . Here 1bhk is normally approx around 550-700 sqft , costing might be somewhat around 15-20k per month ..So choose wisely.
