    This only works if the legislative branch is separate and independent from the executive branch. These day, they're looking more like a 'praise the leader' type of branch.

    I came to learn because I want to pass a bill to get tax credits for planting Trees (via donation to A Billion Trees campaign or similar tree planting campaigns). Anyone else? What bill would YOU pass?

      I'd submit a bill to become law that would penalize Congress if a balanced budget is not passed. I would also amend the constitution to term limits for all of Congress.
