I think this young man is being so proud of himself......as a father he could have done anything as a head.....he should ask for forgiveness for the dad, and also make peace na bro and sisters wake.....hakuna mtu hukosana na mzazi wake no matter what!!!!!!! This is bad example to the community....my dad too was worse than his but I now thank him so much coz it's through its harshness that made me a doc
Learn to listen properly.
This is not depression olympics tafadhali..his experiences belong to him and the adult in the situation failed him. Do not try to normalize toxic parenting- making peace with your experiences is different from sugarcoating them as nice. You hold the key to breaking the cycle by healing authentically especially if you plan to have children.
Learn to listen not just to hear we should stop justifying our parents mistakes they are human we human also in his case the dad failed him
